Let me cite an example, the hospital you were born or the LGA will have your birth certificate signed and dated on the day you asked for it, not the day you were born. Although it'll have the info that you were born on 'so so' day but it will be signed and dated the day you asked for it because the statement was issued out that day. Will you now say you weren't born on that 'so so' day because it has a recent signature and date? Let me also tell you the paper will be in 'today' format, not in the old format.
Same way your statement of result will have the date you collected it from your school. Note that your statement of result differs from your original certificate, the former is issued by the school based on the master list with them while the latter is issued by the exam body (WAEC/WASC). Obviously, Buhari had lost his original certificate, hence, he asked for his statement of result which was issued yesterday based on the master list Cambridge sent to school. You don't expect that statement of result issued by the school to be in the old format, the new format in all school today is in Wassce/waec/neco format, hence Buhari has his result in the new format.

Now, let you and your fellow fo0ls know this, statement of results are paper issued by the school itself based on the original result from the exam body and in this Buhari's case, it was from the british exam body, not some silly bodies from an otueke village.
The statement of result in use today in every secondary schools is in ssce/waec/neco format, not cambridge/wasc format. That means, anyone who is to be granted one is given the same format irrespective of the year you graduated. It's only your certificate and result print out slip that has its format unchanged because it is issued directly by the exam body.
Illiterates like you don't know this yet you're calling another illiterate. You're such a dunce.

are you saying that just filled that form this year? what that means is that the form is forged because the school is supposed to produce their own copy of his result... how did the principle get the University of Cambridge form in 2015... many years after Nigeria moved on...
