Having a house help is not a bad thing as long as her age is considered in tasks and she's not maltreated or exploited.

I understand you perfectly but I gave out that advise because I know it's workable, I have 4 kids, between the ages of 10 to 4years, I don't have any househelp, meanwhile I'm also a secondary school teacher.They are young couple trying to balance their spending, so the reason I wrote that.The man understood my point and that's all that matters, have a great weekend dear.

A girl below 11years shouldn't be bathing kids under 4years, you can train someone's child without the child leaving with you.You seems to be very comfortable with that.I don't want to deviate though but can't you and madam take care of your kids alone?
