I don't have issues with Islamic banking.
Islam has a Banking system where interest is not charged on account and the people want to practice their religion what wrong with that.
Any Bank can have that as a product and sell it to people who feel they need it.

Earning 12million a year is nothing compared to what a commercial bank manager takes home a year.

I understand he is still a public servant but considering his job function the salary is okay.
