If you are talking about entry levels, i will agree with you that not many companies can afford to pay entry level officers that much.
But for middle level and senior staff, N1M is becoming very very small now. N1M is not more than $700 now. Thats is pathetic.

Middle level workers and above in banks, oil companies, FMCGs , Big 4 audit firms and many other companies all earn far above that.

There is advantage for those below30. it shows you are below 30.
If you are over 30 and not lying about it, then an exemption is good. If you are over 30 and pretending to be 26, then you need a discharge certificate.

You don't have to insult.
You don't need a lawyer or any accredited agent, you can go through an agent but it is not compulsory and you can do it yourself from the comfort of your room or office. Just ensure you have all the information and documents required.

A friend of mine who is an accredited agent told me i can only reserve a name or register an enterprise online and cant conclude for Limited liability company, but he was surprised when i concluded it and got my certiicate of incorportion.

it depends on the nature of the company and capital.

For small companies, it cost N10,000 to CAC and the stamp duty to FIRS. Stamp duty tax may be anything from 1k to 10K or more depending on your capital

Ladies and Gentlemen, i registered a limited liability company with CAC online within one week. it would have been much quicker if not that i was doing it for the first time and there were queries that i have to go back and correct and resubmit again. Each time they attend to it within a day until i got everything correct and it was approved.
