You don't have to insult.
You don't need a lawyer or any accredited agent, you can go through an agent but it is not compulsory and you can do it yourself from the comfort of your room or office. Just ensure you have all the information and documents required.

Each time they attend to it within a day until i got everything correct and it was approved.
