Go back and read again both 2 kings 18 and 19 and Isaiah 38 and you will see that Prophet Isaiah is a prominent figure in the stories.

Will the Pastors come and give account to you? Most churches have governing councils that hold the overseers responsible. You will be surprised that general overseers don't even touch the so called tithe. The churches have committees that determine how the funds are spent. But many big pastors have money coming to them from money directly given to them by nembers ( not tithe ) and revenue from book written by them.

It is like people prefer to see pastors in poverty.
