After months, I mean months of searching for an Hire Purchase deal, I think I finally got one. As usual the deal is in millions and the vehicle is Tokunbo. The reason for this post is that, the car is Toyota Camry muscle with a 4 cylinders 2.4L engine.

Do we have people who use it here? Is the car okay for the hustle? If you are using it, how is the experience maintenance and fuel economy?

If you love offline trips, camry muscle issagoal. Especially during this yuletide season.

But, if its for #65/km trips, I won't touch it.

Engine 2AZ FE is over 400k.
Transmission is almost 400k.
OEM Ac compressor is about 180k.

I don't wanna see u sweating in traffic looking for trips cos you are trying to conserve petrol.

Another good alternative to Toyota corolla.

The American spec with 2.0L engine is cheaper to maintain.

Engine less than 200k
Transmission about 150k
Ac compressor about 150k. (It uses automatic compressor).

With recommended fluids, you should be OK.

07 civic is very splendid car.
With the R-18 ivtec engine, the fuel economy is very great.
The parts are not really pricy compared to the corolla of same year.
Engine - less than 200k.
Transmission- less than 100k.
Motor mounts- less than 30k for complete 4 set.
AC compressor- less than 25k.
Radiator plus fan unit- less than 30k.

It's very cheap to maintain, if you use the recommended fluids.

But, you should budget 1.6M upwards for a very sharp one.
Most civics sold online are dead.

1.2M can get u a clean 03-05 model.


P.S Catalytic converter of the 07 civic is 200k plus .

So it is true that two people work on the same account (BOLT). I just met a Driver at ICM and when I was trying to help him with his App tripping off after some minutes. We got talk and he said he's trying to meet his daily deliver. I was like I don't understand. That was when he told me he share car and account with another driver. Most times it's just one car and one driver-account, but two or more drivers running shifts like lagos danfos.

How many riders even check pictures of drivers?
Once they see the car details matches whats on the rider app, they jump in.

Most bolt drivers are guilty of account sharing and shift running.

As far as soft work goes, it's an MO for a driver, not an App advantage. If u drove on Bolt u will also achieve this high earnings on fewer trips. Because that's ur MO.

Secondly, it's true Uber's Bonus has no conditions attached but u can't compare it with Bolts bonus if u can maintain d conditions. An average bolts bonus is like 3k a day...meaning u can make minimum 12k in bonuses alone every week. Which is not rocket science to achieve...tell me when and how u can make this on Uber.

Lastly, Both Apps have huge opportunities in festive periods, it's left for a driver to harness and maximize his/her earnings.
