zendi: No ulterior meaning should be read into this.
Selling 5% of holding does not suggest cashing out to me......too negligible.
Sure she has locked in some good profit.
My thought is she may be raising money to increase stake through her own proposed PP, knowing how they may price it at great discount. Exactly my thoughts as well.. They have so many incoming activities. |

Streetinvestor2: Is it that many of you guys here are salary earners. Aradel has natural capacity on the ground. This is a farm with its capacity on ground already stated. What magic can she do even in the next 5yrs to generate billions in revenue .This is agriculture and not gold mine or crude reserves that can just change by new discovery. The poetry, fish farm and palm fruits will not just multiple over night in quantity of new findings or technology. I have no problem with the farm because it is just 5 yrs plus old Na the SP manipulation way dey on to place unimaginable valuation on the farm.Bro I have friends who have this capacity in the poultry and fish farm without the palm aspect. I get your point. I I am talking about CEO sale of shares as a red flag which I think it's too early to flag. Based on their current listing and ongoing acquisitions to expand and upcoming PO and RI expenses. If they keep selling their shares to make money more for themselves than the business itself as Sir Emma pointed within the next 1-yr, it becomes a big red flag. As for the high price. I am not disputing that it's over valued for it's size. It is far overvalued and probably manipulated. Also, apart from the MM manipulation, I believe the high price is a result of rush as well to key in to the stock so as to qualify for any RI or PO that is upcoming. most Right Issues QD at cheaper prices are usually backdated.. Check TIP, CHECK Neimeth, even DangSugar all backdated it's Right issue at cheaper prices after price must have settled later. I made my opinion here last week. chimex38: I believe people want to qualify for their Right issue whenever Qualification Date comes out and not miss out .. So the earlier one is in the bus the better. And also the higher the accumulation the higher the RI taken.
So it doesn't matter the price they buy at the moment, they will use the RI or PO to average down. More still, they could buy-off other peoples right. Current price will look cheap to those class of people. |

emmanuelewumi: There is a big problem if you are a business owner who listed his or her business on NGX but you make more money trading your stocks than running the business.
Dangote, Elumelu, Rabiu, Adenuga make more money running their businesses than trading their stocks.
You observe I did not include Otedollar There is a big problem if you are a business owner who listed his or her business on NGX but you make more money trading your stocks than running the business. Hmm...Word!! Food for thought.. Though I would add Zichis just got listed.. Let's give them a benefit of doubt for at least 2yrs. It's same way when Aradel got listed, it's larger shareholders bailed out. and I am sure some other operational insiders as well. Afterall, her sale is less than 5% of her holdings.. But your point is key and highly plausible and well noted. Thanks |

Nice perspective and topic. Whatever one is aware would naturally take place in marriage before getting married is considered a role and responsibility.
Whatever unexpected that happens in marriage that requires you to move away from your role or deeper into a role you never envisaged becomes a sacrifice. |

nosa2: I did this last week. Everything is going up and I suspect Access will soon join the gang. Remember that it is market participants like me and you that push prices. So as people are collecting profits they will start looking for the next winner and Access has not rallied so they are likely to put their money there.
Plus fundamentally the stock is criminally cheap People wey still get mind announce say dem fit no pay future dividend @H1 added to the ongoing gbasgbos. My own fact be say, without dividend, Access fit no move reach 28... Unlike ETI, Access go do free fall back to base.. Access don officially move from fundamental solid to temporary JIJO. That is the ONLY reasonable explanation for the stagnant price coupled with the unpublished AFS '25 and Q1 '26... Exactly my thoughts. By year end, there should be a substantial wipe off of debt and -ve retained earnings if not all. (assuming oil prices stays over 80+) |

deathwing: I find the famous waiting strategy people talk a very fascinating one. If you have some money to buy a stock, never wait. Even if na 100k, put inside. Just commit to something else you won’t commit to anything and you’ll HAPPILY later rush to enter at a higher price so that the bus won’t leave you.
I felt same for Seplat buying at an ATH at 9000. I think someone here said to wait because it would correct after Q1 or dividends or whatever, but I closed my eyes entered with 50% of my budget. I’m currently 26% up. If it crashes, great! I’ll just buy more; but if it doesn’t my 26% is already assured. My own personal strategy is NEVER WAIT esp if you are going for longterm anywhere. Because sometime in the future you will still average up to the price you are scared of today.
I have many such examples. ........Because sometime in the future you will still average up to the price you are scared of today. Great point. In other words: Advisable for Long-termers to never fully wait for a price drop from a supposedly high price that may or may not drop. Why? There's a higher chance one would still average up to OR even average above that same high price in future.. So why wait? @deathwing Weldone for extracting this "seemingly" obvious but greatly overlooked piece in investing decision making .👍 |

#First bank So they had a total of 750bn capitalization before? Sounds like the ₦250bn raise will make their entire share capitalization = ₦1Trillion. Otedola has been echoing this Trillion naira benchmark for banks even while the ₦500bn raise was in play... Trying to lead by example. |

Abeg make una find us another SanDisk. I wan retire early 😂 I had this Mcard then.. Was the only one that remained less corrupt of the few ones I had then. Then came their USB flash. That can be used to even boot OS into the system unlike some other flash drives.. A go-to choice for most tech personnels and computer repairers. Never knew it was a huge company not to mention a listed one on NYSE. A widely distributed product in Nigeria all the way from US.. Though I don't play US stocks for now. But if I had, theres no way I won't have purchased it. It's no brainer. |
