Politics / I Dont See Nigeria's Terrible Situation Changing With Tinubu's Presidency by Chimok: 5:04pm On May 01, 2023 |
A journey that started on a terrible note cannot be believed to end positively and fruitfully.. A journey that started corruptly by buying the mandate offering millions of dollars to win the primaries A journey that resulted in paying riffraffs to pose as Christian bishops. A man that channelled half the treasury of Lagos state to private purse. A man that instituted thieves, cultgangs and hooligans to hold Lagosians at ransom A man whose real age is unknown and the first daughter even with her football age is 62 while he is 71. A man too old to make coherent statements unless under a medication that expires in minutes and he will gaffe. A man who believes its his turn to be president even when it is glaringly clear he is unfit cannot be hoped for any meaningful change. My hope and prayers is that the tribunal do their job without bias or prejudice. Let justice be truly served. 4 Likes |
Politics / Re: May Tinubu Happens To Those That Voted Him by Chimok: 9:57am On May 01, 2023 |
JAMO84:Indomie generation don't know what they wish for themselves. I'm not trying to curse anybody but this madness in our youths must be channelled right if we must have any slight hope of Nigeria making it to the next decade. Tinubu's life has been shrouded in secrecy over the decades but what we are looking at right now is his present day and state. We all know Tinubu didn't make any substantial mark while governor of Lagos state, even the predecessive and successive managers of Lagos all out-performed him. The likes of Marwa, Fashola, Ambode etc. We know majorly what he did is to channel half of the tepreasury of Lagos state to his ever unfilled purse till today. Tinubu was the man who in the full glare of Nigerians rented fake bishops, bought the ticket of APC flagbearer with stolen money which we all know unless we are too imature and naive to understand things like that. Those Fashola, Osinbajo, Lai etc he supposedly made all came from APC taking over the reigns of national governance in 2015 or did u expect APC won and then PDP members became the beneficiaries. If Obi becomes the president today, those that strived with him will be direct beneficiaries at the national level, The Obianos, Soludos and very many others are all products of Obi. Obasanjo, Yaradua, Jonathan all had their men at the helm at one point or the other at the national level Obi took Anambra from the least developed state to one of the best managed and developed state today. His personality has been one to teach as moral lessons for the upliftment of humanity.and society. Yes May the person of Obi happens to me. Amen |
Politics / May Tinubu Happens To Those That Voted Him by Chimok: 8:32pm On Apr 30, 2023 |
Nigerians had a once in a life time opportunity to change their narratives after decades of terrible governance in which everything about Nigeria is completely on reverse. The youths remain the biggest hit because of high rate of unemployment and underemployment.. Just as the politicians have planned and sustained, some of these unemployed youths became ready tools in the hands of these politicians. There is no doubt Peter Obi remains the best candidate among those contesting yet some of these youths whose lives have been traumatized by the failed leadership continued to offer themselves as tools to the detriment of themselves and the nation in general. Politics / Why Are Fulani Herdsmen Still In Killing Spree In Yoruba Land? by Chimok: 5:47pm On Apr 24, 2023 |
I thought the so called emergence of Tinubu would dissuade them but they have heightened their murderous and criminal activities in southwest region. There were herdsmen killings in Ondo today according to news. Last week was Ogun state and it has continued unabated |
Politics / I Dont Thnk Tinuhu Would Ve Gotten A Single Vote If Only Literates Voted by Chimok: 5:32pm On Apr 24, 2023 |
When one checks the demography of the literate/income level of those that voted in the presidential election even amidst gross manipulations one finds out Tinubu supporters were mostly people without any form of formal certificate or decent living condition. From the voting statistics especially in the northwest, northeast and southwest those that voted for him came from slums, poor neighbourhoods. remote villages etc. I think its time Nigeria look into the credibility of the voters if we need to ever get anything right in this ciuntry 2 Likes |
Politics / Obi Remains The Greatest Thing That Will Happen To The African Continent by Chimok: 1:43pm On Apr 24, 2023 |
Who could ve thought that Nnamdi Kanu's ardent followers could in total switch such allegiance to an Obi who was seen as the first Igbo politician to order an attack on IPOB. For the records, Obi never ordered any attack on IPOB but he wasn't ready to allow activities of IPOB then easily hijacked by hoodlums to affect his developmental strides and the relative peace and security he fought to enthrone. Anambra state used to be very notorious in criminality prior to Obi's administration. Obi systematically created a very secure Anambra within the first 2yrs of his administration and went on to create an investment haven which was completely non existent then because of notorious criminality in the state. This criminality reduced Anambra to the worst state in the federation. When IPOB started gaining traction among the people headquartering in Anambra, Obi had to stamped his feet and did the needful. However his personality and quest for a better society continued to reverberate. Even those of us in the cities of Nnewi, especially Awka didn't know the extent of Obi's developmental strides. In the 178 communities in Anambra Obi took his developments to all these communities. Nigerians are used to developments in the cities. Hardly do Nigerians see development coming to the villages and remote areas. Obi was the first top Nigerian government official to take massive developments to villages making Anambra one of the topmost state outside Lagos in even development. Not until 2014, when Obi handed over government to Obiano with cash savings of #75billion for a state that received meagre federal allocation and his developmental strides laid bare for the public to investigate did Anambrarians began to adore this man and gave Obiano the biggest support no politician ever enjoyed just because of Obi. To name just but few of his stewardship, Obi took Anambra's education from 34 out of 36 to number 1 in the federation.. The biggest tool of development in the developed nation remains education. He took Anambra's healthcare from almost 36 out of 36 in the federation to number 1.These are all verifiable statistics in the public domain. Among so many other physical developments. Nigeria as a giant of Africa with the right leadership like an Obi's presidency will lead Africa to a prosperous continent where Africa will confortably compete with the rest of the world. The outcome of the presidential election is still in the tribunal and we have a very big faith that the tribunal will do their job without fear or favour by eventually declaring Obi as the true winner of the 2023 presidential election. 1 Like |

Politics / The Most Corrupt Nigerian Politicians Are The State Governors by Chimok: 8:25am On Apr 24, 2023 |
They run the state governments completely as their private shops. They make sure the state assembles are completely answerable to them. |
Politics / In An Independent Yoruba Nation Would Yorubas Vote For A Tinubu Presidency by Chimok: 8:15am On Apr 24, 2023 |
This unity I believe is causing us more harm than good. Just like some of the people that voted for Tinubu on tribal considerations and sentiments, would any of these people who owns a company employ a Tinubu to manage the company. Our people says 'ewu ora n'enye nli n'anwu n'aguu', the goat fed by the public dies of hunger'. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

Even Atiku that was assigned 2nd position knows this and that's why he is not wasting his time and resources, even though he knew Tinubu ofcourse did not win. Then Tinubu and camp have been so jittery and unsettled even as the declared winner. They are still attacking Obi from all angles as if the campaign is still on. Nigeria will survive, that I ve seen |
