It depends on your program sometimes, but it will be available on your program site and around it. You just have to check very well. Most informations about the school/program you might need would probably be there.

Boss after submitting my mun application. It's writing application in progress. I am not seeing tabs where i can monitor if my letter of appraisals or transcripts have been sent

They just replied my mail which they said due to the pandemic if i can have them send via email it would be better so as for them to process it fast cos they are working remotely. Tho they send an address for courier but they said it would take a longer time

I just got admitted into St. Mary’s University with a 2.2. 3.0 CGPA to be precise. The requirement was at least 70% in the last 60hrs.

I read the comments of some gurus here but I kept saying to myself “my case is different” and I trusted God.

I’d say if you can spare the application fee, package your SOP and give it a shot. You never know.

I’m really excited and I look forward to guidance from everyone on my visa application.

1)You don’t know for sure if he is eligible for Msc or not, as he has not evaluated his credentials with WES yet.

2) He shouldn’t declare his uncle in his application.That’s like shooting his leg unnecessarily. It doesn’t in anyway improve his ties to Canada for a study permit.
He may end up getting rejected based on family ties in Canada.

3) Using two sponsors doesn’t actually make your profile as strong as you claim depending on circumstances. It could be seen otherwise actually from an angle. Nevertheless as he said, his mum’s account is stronger so that should be fine.

I really don't know how to go about the conversion. Can you help out. To you do i stand any chance

I definitely don't have a say about your chances just speaking from a broad perspective of msc requirements in Canada. I am sure if you scan through the admission requirements at the university you applied you'll see it.

I have applied to mun with a 3.59, does it mean i don't stand a chance. I am feeling feverish right now seeing this

Your CGPA is a quit low to be considering msc program in Canada. The msc programs are very competitive so I think a Graduate Certificate program will be a good fit for you. Also you can make use of 2 sponsors it only makes your application strong. You can also declare you have family members in Canada it improves your ties to Canada.

So someone with a 3.59cgpa can't apply for a masters in canada?

Yes it is possible. Although the admission criteria always state a minimum B average. Some schools are lenient and consider the last 4 semesters but definitely GMAT, work experience et all can always supplement.

P.s: the primary admission requirements will always be considered before any other qualifications and most msc programs have quotas so I guess you understand the drift.

You can only pay in the bank after you download the invoice, it’s a third party(western union business solution) that collects the fees for them, or you can pay with a canadian back account( I did the latter)

No it’s non-refundable, it’s expressly stated, wish I didn’t pay sef but delayed as long as I could.

Memorial university doesn't require English test as far as your university degree was taught in English.

Actually, they do. It's rare though and depending on the type of masters you are going for. Course based or research. There is a higher chance of you getting funded via research.

You can Google it. I did my school search first by finding the names of universities in canada, I found out the affordable schools too and separated them (yes I was meticulous enough cos I was targeting full funding and scholarships, I got an 80 leaves for my school and supervisor search). When I got the schools listed out, I started the course /school search proper by making use of this for e.g University of Manitoba/estate management /Master of Science. Even if they offer the course but has a different name for it, it will be shown. I did this school/supervisor search for close to 6 months and finally it paid off. I got a full funded admission plus scholarship that covers all my expenses and tuition fee

First thing to do is to research the faculty. Check them on google. If you can find any of their papers online read as many as you can. From the information you get from them you can now draft your research interests such that it will catch the attention of the supervisor you are targeting.

,e.g during my undergraduate program I studied.......and ........ l wrote my project on ...... and ....... While researching for my project I became intrigued by ......:....... (topic close to the professor you are targeting’s area of research). I therefore decided to pursue a Masters program on.......
