First track 68e Sony position, then lower your dish a bit you will get Apstar unless your dish arc is terribly out of balance, because if it's slightly unbalance, you will still get Apstar. Again your lnbf won't require plate. The arc could be the problem.
A quick explanation of how to balance arc. Track 68e put Mark on the pole and base, track like 34w do the same thing. Shift the dish base to the Centre of the 2 marked points, then lock slightly. Move the dish up and attempt to track 1west, now don't attempt to shift the base, adjust only the angle bars to get 1w. Once that is done move down to 68e, if the signal is not satisfactory, loose the base and adjust slightly until the balance between East and West looks good.

New channels Multi TV position First News Network 11595 V 30000. Weep No More TV 11674 H 30000.
SES 5e CIS Media 11939 V 27500 Determination TV 11920 H 27500.

That dish doesn't look anything close to 4.5m unless it's not what you are talking about. Meanwhile you have enough front space for 4.5m just avoid being close to the house or fence.

Kwese has different TP, but after inputing the TP I showed, then select network search. They will all come out. You can as well separately add Kwese TP 10721H 29980

2 Sports channels, ES Sports (service 143) and Kwese Sports (service 107) are FTA on Eutelsat 7B @ 7 degree East Ku band, with frequency 10846 V 30000.

You don't need to move your dish rather adjust your lnb, it's just TP change not position change. Return your dish to the earlier position.

How to input biss keys on some decoders.
1. SUPERMAX 91001 : Press the menu key. Then press 7799 code for biss key.
2. TECHOSAT 2000 ULTRA 1 : Simply press menu button and press 5400.
3. STARSAT 9700 & 7979 : Simply press menu keys on your remote control, then press 9999 for biss key.
4. STARSAT 2000 HD ACE : Press f1 on your remote control, then press 333 and biss key menu will open.

Please, if after pressing, new screen didn't show up, you have to activate the biss key option first. At this point, press 6969 on your remote control and you will be asked for a password, simply press 6969 again on your remote control. After that press 8280 to enter the biss key path. But if biss key option have been activated on your decoder already, then you don't need to go through such a long process. Simply follow this simple steps below:
- Select the channel you want to open.
- Press 8280 on your romote and press OK.
- The Biss Key menu will display.
- Enter your Key
- Press Exit to save setting.
8. BISS KEY CODE FOR QSAT DECODERS.
- press menu on remote contrtol.
- Enter default code which is usually "0000" unless if change by you, then you can enter your own code.
- Try to locate Xcam set up on your decoder.
- If Xcam set up not available or hinden, simply press 1512 on remote control and Xcam set up will pop up automatically. Please note that before you press 1512, make sure you are in area of your decoder where you see things like "Preference, AV, Ethernet Config, PVR Config, Multimedia setting etc.
9. ECHO STAR DECODERS.
- Press menu on your remote control.
- Select system settings
- Press the red button on your control
- Enter 2528
- Enter your keys.
- Press the Red button twice.
- Finally, press OK.
10. AlphaBox X4 decoder. Follow the following procedure :
* Press the menu botton on your remote control.
* Locate settings
* On the setting Bar, enter 2778
* The access control option will display
* or press OK on the Access Control
* Locate CONSTANT.CW Edit and press OK
* Input your biss key ( CAID:SERVICE ID: BISS KEY ). You are one, now enjoy your channels.

The solution can be found in the Menu button on your Remote control , it's not issue of LNB tweaking or Changing of LNB or Decoder .Now the Solution" so far you hit green on both NTA /AFN &Sp24 with dielectric plate on then go to Menu on your remote control press it you will see Dish settings if your decoder is 4950 series Change the setting with your remote control to 5150 format because it's usually come with 5150/5170 format for cband lnbf so change it .then blind scan all the Channels will come up...Cheers.

Right, that could be one of the reasons. There are several reasons that are capable of causing that. There is single polarization C-band LNBF, which settings can't solve. But he can do well to try all the solutions mentioned already here. Thanks

You need to install Total Video Converter, the software is very common in the market but if you need to download the trial version, use this link http://www.bigasoft.com/total-video-converter.html but it's better you get it in the market or from a friend, reason - the trial version may not convert all the possible formats, I haven't used it before but most Demos have limitations. With total video converter, you are good to go.

This kind of situation is mostly related to LNBF Type or LNBF fault. If you have Sports24, NTA is a must. What you need to do first is to change the LNBF.

Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports 2, Africa Movie Channel, Africa Movie Series, Fix and Foxi, Boing TV are temporary free on Mytv position.

Some Italian Stations have been added on kwese Sports position on Belintersat 1 @ 51.5 degree East C band with frequency 3818v 8000. The channels include:
1. Super TV

And these channels work on 1m without conical scalar ring even though it's C-band.

That's another wonder. Benin is 2 hours drive from Delta State yet it requires 1.8m and above in Delta. Satellite surprises me everyday. Again I hope you are sure of this claim.

I am not sure, here in the east you can start tracking with 1.8m solid. From experience, I don’t think 90cm will do it in Benin City. I might be wrong though.

Agreed, you can get high signal quality tps on 60cm. Forgot to stipulate that because the bigger the dish the more difficult it becomes. I accept that mistake.

I discovered that the reason why nailing 7e and 5e on 60cm dish using 1 lnbf seem to be impossible is that the two sat has different lnb skew, the right lnb skew for 7e is 6 0clock while the one for 5e is 5 0clock, but when u talk of 28e and 26e is very much possible on 60cm dish using 1 lnbf is because both sat has the same lnb skew that is 9 0clock or 8 0clock, gurus whats ur take on this, any other way out?

I have said before that it's practically impossible to get 5e and 7e with a single lnb on 60cm dish and it's 50-50 on 1m, reason - different makers of the dish which leads to different formation styles example it's impossible on Starcom 1m but possible on Strong 1m but ultimately it's much easier on 90cm, infact I haven't failed to nail it on any 90cm I have tried.
It's also interesting to know that it's absolutely impossible on any dish about 1m.
