Let me quickly clear some serious misconceptions and half information going around.I have learnt in my little time on earth that an ignorant man is far better than a man with half information
For the Records,the Lagos to Calabar Road is still ongoing,intact the project is going on as I type this comment. What Government has done is as follows:

1) Stop the Realignment bring proposed for some portions of the Road
From Km Zero or 0 (which is the starting point in Victoria Island) to Kilometer 19,there was some adjustment done on the Coastal Road to accommodate properties and minimise losses
This was done with a view to reduce the enormous loss of properties and reduce compensation to be paid by Government

2) Continue with the Gazetted or Already earmarked areas as contained in the original design
This is what the Honourable Minister spoke about yesterday, From Km 19 to Km 25 of the Coastal Road Design,the Government will stick to the original design of the Road
There were plans to redesign the Route to keep reducing the cost but this was not allowed.This was caused by the sensitive nature of projects located along this 9km stretch
This included Communication Infrastructure and also communities that had existed in such places for a long while
For those familiar with Lagos State and areas around Eti Osa and Ibeju Lekki, you will understand that this group of people will prefer to be relocated instead of being paid compensation
This type of discussions would take years and it will slow down the project

At this point,it was better to go back to the Gazetted Route but why?
Because going back to the Gazetted Route will save Government a lot of money and time.Anyone who buys property on this route might not be compensated because it falls under Government Acquired Areas.I believe Government was really trying to avoid demolishing so many houses between Km 19 to 25 and that was why they tried to Redesign the Route but they will have to take the only choice left to them which is to demolish houses on the Gazetted Route

This is why I always encourage people to employ professionals to guide you before buying any property anywhere.Get a Registered Surveyor to confirm the status of any property before you buy or start transactions of any kind.This is the wise thing to do because you can sue if he gives you wrong information

A good thread/topic.I’m a cybersecurity professional myself with one of the biggest banks in SA. I can confirm it’s a very lucrative and high demand forte. However, it requires a lot of foundational hands-on and analytical skills to venture into. Something you don’t acquire overnight. OP mentioned bug bounty, that’s like grey box testing and it’s not for rookies. Long story short, it’s worthwhile and rewarding but you do require defined skills sets to thrive in it, ranging from pentest skills like footprinting, invasive skills (results from your enumeration) and you decide to be on the blue team then you need to learn defensive skills and tool usage. The first one I say make I try turned out this way

I am in my twenties and never been in a relationship before so I met this lady from the particular tribe because reside and school in Lagos. I am a student of a university in Lagos and also a pianist because that's what I use in surviving in school.
We met two years ago but we kept on breaking up and making up, but this time around it must be over because i deleted her completely from my life.

I decided to make a plunge into tech, Cyber security to be precise by September so I told my gf that I will start saving a substantial amount of money in the hands of my foster mother who resides in the US because that one too promised to complete whatever is left to begin the career by September, i told my gf she was mad that i was saving money with someone else instead of her...This girl is a good girl no doubt and she cared but she just hated my foster mum for no reason..i started wondering how she would react to my own mom because my mum is not even accommodating like my foster mum.

Fast forward to the moment I told her to stop some contributions that was choking her as I was always the one turning up for her when she defaults but before that she started asking me of money, huge amount that she know i have it but i wont release it because i have something's I am working on, i school and i am solely in charge of my school fees, i live in a one room apartment and the bills is choking, so its hard to release such amount this period, i have given her thrice the amount twice sha..

Later on she said she want to start working in a company closer to my place but I refused because the work is stressful and moreover she's a student..That one was a wahala on its own...I actually ducked because if she's around na another expenses for my head..buy this buy that ..

Then I noticed she started snubbing my chats so I confronted it today, she told me she's tired and don't love any more, that all men are scum bla bla bla...
I don't even want to exchange words,I just told her okay and blocked her immediately and deleted her contacts.

Then I saw text message from her other line that I never loved her, that I took away her virginity and all that..I texted her back "my own virginity you took is what?" And blocked the line

It was a really tough Tuesday for us at cgvmstudios Lagos. In just a few minutes, everything we've worked so hard for, worth hundreds of millions, was gone, consumed by flames.

I'm struggling to find the right words and don't even know how to start explaining what happened.
All I can say is that we've lost everything, but by some miracle, no one was hurt.

We're in a state of shock and if we're a bit slow to respond, please understand.
This is a huge setback, but it hasn't defeated us.

Right now, more than ever, we need your prayers and support.🙏

Despite everything, we're determined to rebuild from here, stronger and with our faith in each other and in the future intact.
