how realistic is malili technopolis,i hope you remember the golf city project in Nairobi and kisumu which since then has not taken off.another bigger project like the Nairobi convention center somewhere near the JKIA has the same story.

i understand that pattni now wants to put up a seven star hotel in Nairobi.these are mega project which if implemented then Kenya gonna be Africa prime city.

the last postings has given a different impression of Kenya,its a modern country and very soon Nairobi will over take jorbug or cairo to be the prime african city capital.

nairobi is growing so rapidly both in infrastructure and skyscapers.am also amazed with the expasion of kisumu city airport.i gonna visit nairobi in april.

we have been appreciating the beauty of nairobi but when kenya want to be in the leagues of south africa and egypt then its high time they devolve city development to other towns.

the capital should now be moved to either eldoret or nakuru which still enjoy enormous land for expansion.

i was in nairobi recently and there was one tower coming up along muindu bingu at the intersection of muktada street,next to nakummatt life sytle,i was really fascinared by the building but i din't have a camera with me.i thinks it has reaches around 15th floor by now.

do you have any renders for the building?

i had time to be in nairobi over the weekend and i was amazed by its developments,however much more needs to be done.i saw a fly over project at the globe round about and more interestingly,there is tower under construction at the juction of koinange street and muktardada street,vertically opposite nakumatt life style.

i never had a camera with me,would have taken some pics.i was really fascinated by the developments along mombasa road,that was amazing.

i always know that your are an introvert ,recluse  to be precise,i'll not be bothered at all with what you say about Nairobi.who does not know Abuja or Lagos?,a governor from one of the Nigeria state confessed when he visited Kenya that  he is ashamed of his own country developments and he couldn't  believe what he saw in Nairobi.

crimes are everywhere,and what more crime is worse than the corruption in our own Nigeria? .

last men,some one told me that there is up coming stadium eldoret by the name eldoret olympic stadium,do you have any idea on the project?

am now a bit confused with artistic impression of the delta tower,last week you posted me a twin like 21 storey building as the proposed delta hotel project and again am seeing totally a different drawing,23 storey building.is the investor taking two different projects for the hotel or the drawing plans were changed.

you've also given as an artist impression of the golf city,it this an imagination or real project,in Nairobi!!,its like nairobi overtaking any other african city in developments.

you are misinformed about the african cities,google top 50 or 10 best cities in africa in their order of ranking, Wikipedia will answer your doubts.

you'll then tell me if there is any nigeria city appearing among the top 10.
