slimfresh: @the bolded sorry to disappoint you bro, my mind ain't myopic and before you question one's understanding you should have a checkup on yours? Just what point were you trying to make with the comment? Your contrasting yourself unless you intend to affirm your mind is myopic which I doubt. Guy the bolded was an error which am sure u know already. Anyways i modified my first post out there. U can still check it out now. Thanks as u comply |

verygudbadguy: Look at the picture very well and imagine the respect the king commanded. In 1937, Nigeria was far ahead of this white guys. But our inferiority complex made us to be where we are today. Jisos. Oga did you say far ahead. 1937, when you were still under them Brits? Okay kontinu |

slimfresh: Judging by your approach I can see that you are ladened with inferiority complex. The suit you're talking about is part of their dressing culture, learn to appreciate and cherish what you have not gloating on other people's........it's people like you that helped foster slavery back then, you'll be given mirror for 100 able bodied men and gullible as I presumed you could have been you would have seen it as class just like you're seeing suit as class over the traditional attire.....YOUR SHALLOWNESS IS APPALLING. (no offence meant, I couldn't help but tell you the naked truth) if ur mind was as musch myopic and u didn't lack comprehension ability, you would have noticed that i neva disputed his class or school or whatever.

nerodenero: It's "class" that a Whiteman is dressed in suit and "masquerade" you called the way the black man is dressed!!! You are not thinking straight.
From the picture, the Blackman was respected, hence the invite and fast-forward to 2016, Chipappii's comment shows he is still a slave to the white. Yes sir. Am a slave of truth. Drop the prejudice and swear with ur life that the folks on suit don't actually look dapper |

We really need to sell most of our national assets. Starting with buhari and his economic teams. Let the bidding commence. Bidding is only available to countries that can withstand these disasters like usa and uk. It is purely restricted to kenya and Zimbabwe mostly and other african counties. We don't want africa to go into recession. And additional bonus pack comprising of the party APC, lai Mohammed especially is to be presented also to the winner. Some parts of northern and western Nigeria is also up for sales. Contact Omenka, Ngeneukwenu and Beremx for more details. For payment please contact me @ chipappii@nairaland.com |

Health › Re: Push Ups. Help Me Do It Right by Chipappii(op): 9:20am On Sep 20, 2016 |
PRISTINEMUSCLES: It seems you just started doing push-ups. Well push-ups is good, at least it makes use of your body-weight as a form of resistance. Push-ups can only do a little. You might notice some changes in your body, possibly increase in chest-width, arm size, triceps, back and even your abs but you will plateau(when muscle growth stops) faster.
So if you want muscles, weight-training is always the way to go. Start at your pace and be observant of your progression. Thanks. So weight lifting is absolutely necessary. I grow muscles at a very slow pace. Am skinny. Any advice |

Bodybuilders in the house. Please i would like to ask certain questions about push ups. I just started doing it and i have been wondering if it can totally replace weight lifting. Then i do it every morning, 30 reps 3 sets for starters. Is that okay? And i have been thinking of doing it at night too before I go to bed, i.e morning and night. I hope that is okay too. Thanks for your enlightenment. |
