Get Investors for Nairaland but maintain highest share like 55%. I was shocked to hear that Nairaland and Facebook at some point had similar number of users. By the time you bring in Investors, they will come with creative ideas to improve the platform. I can tell you that what facebook is today is not really about Mark's idea only but people continue bringing idea to improve the platform. I know Nigeria lacks this mental ability to wrap their head around someone coming to tell you how to run a business you founded but this is the way foreign companies thrived for centuries. Most of the biggest international brand we know today have no connection with the founder. Some their generation are just enjoying dividends. That being said 1. Dislike button 2. Restricting people from commenting on your thread 3. Deleting aggressive comment under one's thread 4. Getting notifications of content posted by those you are following 5. Direct DMs A lot can be done, just get people on board. You will make more money sef. It is better to co-own a business where you make 10m per month personally than to be a one man business where you hardly make 500k per month. Check out many Nigerian companies of old lesson 1970 and 1960 backward most of them are not existing again many of the rich people then their children are no where to be found today if we should look at some strong businesses and hospitals most of them closed immediately they founder died. Sometimes sef the children are not interested in it. And once that happens the business close. Bring in Investors |
Ojaycom:Like the post said. People have been suspecting them |
Who and who did he inform that he would be travelling for burial and who else knew he was going to be lodging at that hotel. Extended family members should be investigated as well |
Authoreety:Nkwobi keee. Omo ee just start to popular again |
Chenu60:Why will the police always rush to the social media to reveal such. They could be applauded for a good job done but on the other side, they are teaching 99 other criminals better way to conceal exhibits. Some things like this are meant for Police Intelligence unit. Not even all regular police personnel |
motymop:It is not true. It shows he has so much regard for his dad. Even if he is giving the dad monthly allowance, it is still a thing of concern for someone that respects the dad and have good relationship with the dad |

Wisdomites:Ogun kpai you there. Go to dalekon or mile 12, it is a common practice there. They even sell the empty sacks openly and there are police stations close to them |
NinjaMetahuman:If you want to hide an information from an african, put it in writing. Una no dey ever read |
How is this possible? It means you are applying for 107 jobs monthly That is 3 to 4 jobs daily. If this is true, you really tried. You the definition of persistence |
It is a good move, you cannot hate a country and want to enjoy the freedon that comes with their policy and way of life. 80% of people that hate USA will pick US visa b4 russian visa 90% of US haters prefer working is western owned organisation than working in Chinese company 80% of western haters prefer living in west than living in asia 80% of muslim will complain about waywardness of the west but will pick European visa against arab visa. 90% of people prefer to live in Southkorea than North Korea 90% of them will pick brazil before cuba or venezuela You hate them so much but enjoy the freedom that comes with their ways Meanwhile, i just hope there will one day be a way one can look up someone's activities of Facebook. I sometimes see somw people comment on Facebook and really feeling pity for the type that such people will end up with. I just wish it is possible to go to your babe's profile, get all the comments she made under various post, the comment she liked, the people she is following and a lot. Sincerely you will know how terrible some people are through their social media activities |
This is a very bad action from the military and highly condemnable. But we have to look at what led to it. They are owning you N4bn and you disconnected their light. I can't blame IKEDC because you have right to demand for your payment but sometimes una too dey overdooo Recently, a friend that attends Presbyterian church, Yaba said they were disconnected. You guys insisted on billing them 4.5m per month, they reached out to you to acquire as many meter as possible and connect to various buildings in the church compound, you guys refused and insisted on billing them on postpaid basis for your selfish reasons. They have already moved to Solar generation and usage of generator. I believe this is exactly many Government build and parastatals comes to owe you so much. Why not migrate them to prepaid and let them manage their electricity themselves. That is how you disconnected Enugu Govt house Disconnected UCH for months Now disconnecting a barracks |
theophorus:No body considers serbia as saner clime. They are eastern Europeans. One of the most violent race on earth aside the south Americans. Hard core fascist. How many Nigerians do you hear relocating to serbia even on free visa? |

Very irresponsible school. Why will you allow a parent dress like this into the school premises. Tomorrow you will allow a woman with bum short and crop top into the school |
Labour productivity, as defined by the International Labour Organisation (ILO), measures the total volume of output—expressed in Gross Domestic Product (GDP)—produced per unit of labour in productive countries in Africa. This is typically assessed by the number of employed persons or total hours worked within a given period. Essentially, it reflects how efficiently labour contributes to economic output. Africa, with its youthful and expanding workforce, has immense economic potential. However, many nations struggle with low productivity. Despite these challenges, some countries outperform others, with Libya leading the continent in labour productivity at $29.8 GDP per hour worked, followed closely by Algeria and Egypt, per data from Ilostat. Top 10 African Countries Most Productive 1. Libya ($29.8 per hour worked) Libya’s economy is heavily reliant on its vast oil reserves, which drive its high productivity. However, political instability and conflict have stifled long-term economic growth and diversification. 2. Algeria ($28.2 per hour worked) Algeria’s productivity is largely fueled by its hydrocarbon sector, particularly oil and natural gas. The government has been making efforts to diversify its economy, but state control and bureaucracy remain challenges. 3. Egypt ($27.1 per hour worked) Egypt benefits from a diversified economy, with strong contributions from tourism, Suez Canal revenues, and a growing industrial sector. However, high population growth and unemployment pose ongoing economic hurdles. 4. Djibouti ($26.6 per hour worked) Djibouti’s strategic location along key global trade routes boosts its economy. The country relies on port services, logistics, and foreign investments, particularly from China, to drive productivity. 5. Eswatini ($25.0 per hour worked) The small southern African nation of Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) maintains relatively high productivity due to its strong manufacturing sector, particularly in textiles and sugar production. 6. Botswana ($23.8 per hour worked) Botswana has leveraged its diamond mining industry to achieve stable economic growth. Good governance and prudent financial management have contributed to its strong labour productivity. 7. South Africa ($21.6 per hour worked) As Africa’s most industrialized nation, South Africa has a diverse economy spanning mining, finance, and manufacturing. However, challenges such as energy shortages and high unemployment limit productivity gains. 8. Tunisia ($19.2 per hour worked) Tunisia’s economy benefits from a well-developed industrial and service sector, including tourism. However, political instability and slow economic reforms have affected long-term growth. 9. Equatorial Guinea ($18.9 per hour worked) With one of the highest GDPs per capita in Africa, Equatorial Guinea’s productivity is driven by oil exports. However, economic inequality remains a major issue due to reliance on a narrow economic base. 10. Namibia ($15.6 per hour worked) Namibia’s economy is supported by mining (diamonds, uranium), agriculture, and a growing tourism sector. Despite a relatively small workforce, the country has managed steady productivity levels. Source: https://www.vanguardngr.com/2025/02/top-10-most-productive-countries-in-africa-in-2025/ |
So many of you saved as much as $10000 when you are not full time workers but any small thing you people will carry camera and be saying how UK is very hard and difficult. A good opportunity for you to return without flight ticket, you guys are runming up and down. Even in US, Trump is giving them free air ticket, they are hiding up an down. Let me see the nonsense that will come and post shit about UK again |
Eleph:They used a phone to record the CCTV Footage |
Melagros:10k USAID workers are people working directly at USAID and CDC Internationally. But they engaged implementing partners who in turn engage CBOs and Facility health workers for the HIV Programme. I can boldly tell you that more than 50k people are receiving salary through USAID funded programs in Nigeria. The data the Minister is quoting only captured those at the facility but excluded those from CBO, KP CBO, other programs like FMP, OTZ, SHE CENTERS Etc. My sister is an FG worker. The method the Minister described is exactly how my sister became engaged with the FG. When HIV program started in Nigeria in 2003,it was been implemented by US organisations in Nigeria. Around 2008 or 2009 they transitioned the program to Nigeria based Implementing Partners like APIN, CIHP, ARHF, HEARTLAND ALLAINCE and co. My sister was working as a volunteer (adhoc staff) then at NIMR. during that period some of them working as Adhoc were transitioned to FG staff at NIMR. But my fear now is how possible is it to transition 28,000 people considering the fact that State owned hospitals are involved. Will the FG pay people working at GH Mushin, GH Isolo, Palm Avenue PHC all owned by the state. This facilities are also implementing CDC funded HIV programs. We hope for the best shaaa |
Nawa ooo. All in a bid to tarnish VDMs image, you forgot the skeleton in your cupboard. |
I thought you guys always say abroad is not good that flight fee is preventing you guys from coming. Always taking pictures of snow to discourage others. A good opportunity has come with free flight tickets for you to return, una dey run |
Thank God say no be ogun state ee happen |
Golan007:You are not into the system you won't understand. Meanwhile, it is a good one as some African countries are now waking up to take responsibility of some critical health needs. If you know the level of meeting that has occurred that the NEPWHAN, Ministry of Health, Finance, FEC, Defence and even President are involved in. They just secured a grant of $1Bn to cushion the effect especially on job losses b4 the 90 days are over. The component of the waiver that the US secretary of state announced only covers ARV Supply but didn't address, TB and malaria and job losses. The FG is actually doing a lot now to cushio the effect the and ensure sustainability should in case the fund cease because definitely the fund will cease at some point |
Golan007:So why are you disturbing yourself naaa. They say them no give again. And for your info, Nigeria representatives have been talking with them which equates begging. For your information, Over 20,000 people are currently out of job in Nigeria alone as a result of this STOPPAGE. |
Let them go and sit doen jaree. Most of them, the same notebool and handout they used in 2005 is what they are still using to date. Almost everyone of them alternate questions in exams. They don't set fresh questions again. During my study in UI, It was only one lecturer in Engineer Faculty that sets questions every year. You will pick 10 years consecutive past questions, you will never find a repetition and the questions are not in text books. If you don't understand the course you will definitely fail. His exams is always open book |
Fiscus105:This is an ignorant comment. Many of the Aid doesn't go to the government but to NGOs who implements |
ibechris:Whenever you read news, try to digest it properly b4 broadcasting it. The Trump order also affected some funding within the United state and that is what the judge ruled on. Not the international Aid. Subject of international Aid is not a constitutional matter and it is out the jurisdiction of the court. Besides on the Ruling, it is not about subsequent funding but about funds already released to the agency for those programs. If you read the news very well it said till at least February 3rd. What it implies is that funding already released to each agency shouldn't be paused. This is how it works. Funds are usually released Monthly, Quarterly, annually or by days to various agency from the US FG. Immediately after the order, this agency paused their services which the money has already been released till Fen 3rd. That is what the Federal Judge ruled on. Meanwhile, the ruling affects Aid programs in US only amd not the international Aid program |
kushme:I get, key population is one of the worst initiative by the implementing partners. I work in OVC CBO in Lagos under CIHP implemented program. Most of the data by the KP are forged and formulated but I can tell you that our data at tge OVC CBO is 95% authentic. This HIV data are real. It was the KP that gave us serious problem. And the major problem is that they treated you guys as special breed due to the peculiarity of the people you are working with. That gave you guys the opportunity to forge all your data. No one wants to see your clients because you guys made it look as if this clients don't want to interact with humans. You kept your work like a secret cult thereby giving you the chance to do all Mago Mago. This is not the way it operates at the OVC CBOs. We get to meet this people one on one, visit there homes and even employ tgem in our office |
ancess2020:Really a dicey situation, I work in an OVC CBO, Sometimes you have to call this clients to come pick up their drugs Some, you have to pay their transport fare Some you have to do excort service. Some you have to do home delivery Some unsuppressed children you have to do daily DOT. We are literally begging this people to take their health seriously All funded by PEPFAR. |
