Guy as a transporter in Lagos, I can tell you that our income reduced drastically. The only people that increased their Tfare a bit are people plying within the street or loading at the park or garage. There they can easily speak to each other and increase the price. But for we plying the express road and doing Pick up (SOLE), it is just a slight increase in price and many times, no increase at all.

Instead of you to run empty, you just have to carry them. Like Ikeja to Ojuelegba/Stadium used to be 700 during rush hour, presently it is 800, if buses are much self, people will still insists on 700. One will just have to pick them instead of wasting time or going empty. Some people will still price you sheraton in Ikeja to Yaba 500/600.

My income reduced drastically.

I often wonder what is so difficult in maintaining a bank account in Nigeria, any simple issue with your banks to resolve it, it going to take them weeks

But a lot of Nigerians here in Nigeria are maintaining dollar account and crypto wallet for years without having any single issue. But just to get a reversal on declined debit it takes Nigerian banks 7 to 14 days to resolve.

It is opay and Palmpay that have thought us that it is possible to maintain bank account without physical presence and they are doing absolutely well in it. So I often wonder words preventing our Commercial Bank from achieving the Same seeing that they have better structures.

A CAC document with valid registration number that can be validated online, Nigerian bank will be claiming that it is not clear enough.

I wanted to get my mum a small car last year.
Didn't have money for a tokunbo so I asked my brothers to help me surf jiji for any affordable car.
They showed me a Civic 08 and since I drive one myself, I felt it would be nice to match with my mum.

My brothers and a Kazeem went for inspection and they discovered the car had a few things to be fixed which made them slash the price from 2.4M that we initially agreed to #2,050,000.
This was in June last year.

They set out to drive the car down to my house before heading to my mum's but brethrens, since June last year till this very moment as I type this. The car has only been parked from one Kazeem shop to another, on some days it was left by the road side or a petrol station for days out of frustration. I have spent above 700k on it all to no fruition. It's been almost a year now and this car hasn't made me it my house yet talk more of sending it to my mum. I contacted the guy and he said he had tried by slashing the price and that was all he could do. At some point, he stopped picking my brother's calls.
Please what advice can you give me?

I think what you need to do is to butcher the car. There are spare part dealers that can buy the car at butcher price from you for like a million or more.

What they do is they will lose the car completely and sell the good parts one by one then sell the bad ones as scrap (Iron condemn). If you do that yourself, you can recover like 1.5m or more than.

Sell bumber, engine, gear box, radiator, dashboard etc. But get a mechanic that knos tge prices very well so you will not be cheated.

All this spare part sellers will come and buy from you
