For those of you saying HIT THE GYM, You know nothing about Manboob, There are two different cases. It could be deposition of fat around the region or breast tissue.

If it is deposition of Fat, mainly found in big people, Gym can correct it.

But if it as a result of breast tissue, gym will make it more obvious, the only solution for this is surgery and it is very safe according to my findings. It is just to cut of the breast tissue.

One way to know if it is breast tissue is there is this thick lump usually around female breast nipple and areola, if it is present in yours, don't think about gym cause the build up of muscles will just push out the breast tissue making it more visible.

If it is Fat deposit, when you gym, it will burn up the fat and replace them with muscle but if it is an actual breast tissue, it is going no where but will get bigger. (gym doesn't reduce females breast).
