The Trump order also affected some funding within the United state and that is what the judge ruled on. Not the international Aid.

Subject of international Aid is not a constitutional matter and it is out the jurisdiction of the court.

Besides on the Ruling, it is not about subsequent funding but about funds already released to the agency for those programs. If you read the news very well it said till at least February 3rd.

What it implies is that funding already released to each agency shouldn't be paused. This is how it works. Funds are usually released Monthly, Quarterly, annually or by days to various agency from the US FG. Immediately after the order, this agency paused their services which the money has already been released till Fen 3rd. That is what the Federal Judge ruled on.

Meanwhile, the ruling affects Aid programs in US only amd not the international Aid program

I get, key population is one of the worst initiative by the implementing partners. I work in OVC CBO in Lagos under CIHP implemented program. Most of the data by the KP are forged and formulated but I can tell you that our data at tge OVC CBO is 95% authentic. This HIV data are real. It was the KP that gave us serious problem.

And the major problem is that they treated you guys as special breed due to the peculiarity of the people you are working with. That gave you guys the opportunity to forge all your data. No one wants to see your clients because you guys made it look as if this clients don't want to interact with humans. You kept your work like a secret cult thereby giving you the chance to do all Mago Mago.

This is not the way it operates at the OVC CBOs. We get to meet this people one on one, visit there homes and even employ tgem in our office

Even with the free medication, some see it as a burden not to talk about to start buying it. This will negatively affect Nigeria if the halt is permanent

Some, you have to pay their transport fare
Some you have to do excort service.
Some you have to do home delivery
Some unsuppressed children you have to do daily DOT. We are literally begging this people to take their health seriously

More emphasis should be placed on the man. The bible teaches men to Love just as Christ loved the church but men have long ignored this to focus on the women aspect of submission forget the Verse that says submitting one to another. But sincerely speaking, what is tge noise about LGA autonomy. From the breakdown of the allocation, LGAs will be getting N329bn, we have 774 LGAs, averagely, each will get N435m. Can this even pay there salary especially their numerous ghost workers.

The good thing i see about it is tgat it will solve ghost wotkers issue as the LGA chaitman will be in charge and know everyone to their home and can easily walk into any office at anytime. They will definitely drop many workers that are always idle doing nothing, reporting only once or twice a week, gossiping about every trending news.

They will still want to do one or two projects, so they will have to cut down on unnecessary expenses.

I even feel this is one of the issue OTTI of Abia state is having with them. Having numerous people on the payroll with nothing to show for it. Come for capturing and verification, they won't come. Just idling away at the LGA Secretariat.

Infact I feel this LGA autonomy will allow State Government to work more as tge burden of paying the LGA workers will leave them and they will concentrate on various state ministries only which will be manageable.
