I have three acres of land for sale in Osun state ADA. I have farmed just two years on the land and it is a very rich land. I bought like 6 acres of land and I am selling it three out of it. Already did the survey plan and have my documents. The road to the land is motor-able as I always drive my truck down to my site. I am urgently in need of some cash that is the reason for sales. Bro do you know that he mischievously gave APC the win as ACN in 2011? When he divided the pdp party and went with others to form a new party in Ogun state only just to deal with gbenga daniel and iyabo with others PDP had 60% of Ogun state and ACN had 40% back then. When he divided PDP into two, that gave ACN 40% as against PDP 30% and that new party forgotten the name 30% as well. check out the 2011 ogun state elections result. He is a master in the game and he is NOBODY my man. And ''if'' is conditional. If Obasanjo joins your campaign train, omo that old man will move mountains for that person. He's a force and that charisma is second to none. That is why I am angry with him till date because he could have been our own MANDELA between 1999 and 2007 when all these cancerous corrupt politicians haven't even grown wings nor joined politics. Recyclable: Asphalt is a recyclable material. It can be used
again and again by melting it.

Easy maintenance: Repairing just a part of the asphalt road is easily possible. Asphalt roads even can be relayered over the old layer.

Safe: Asphalt roads provide better traction and skid resistance for vehicles. Asphalt tends to help keep roads free from ice
and snow.
Disadvantages of Asphalt (Bitumen) Road

Durability: heavy rain and other extreme weather conditions
damage the asphalt road, and the roads need to be repaired
frequently.

Weather Pollution: Melting asphalt produces lots of harmful
green house gases. Also costly petroleum is required to
produce asphalt.

Conclusion
Concrete roads are highly durable and more environmentally
friendly as compared to asphalt roads. However asphalt
paving costs far less than concrete paving. Also, asphalt road
provides a little better safety of the vehicle against snow and
skidding.
