What do you think you are doing Op? What do you know? Why are you disrespecting him this way? What has he done to you that is NEW? come you have big brothers on Nairaland here that has passed through worse and can advice you. So calm down.

Sometimes, I don't judge by all I read because some people will only write to attract pity but not withstanding.. Op how can you rate your general character as a human being? Perfecit, trying, inbetween or just there. See some fathers don't just suddenly behave way overboard with their children without having good intentions that they are trying to make them better for future. Society is going wild, so many evils, jungle justice everywhere, robberies, kidnappings, mistaken identities, terrorisms, militancy, rituals, cultisms, name them.. fathers are more scared for the outcome of their children these days than u can imagine.
Op do u have habits like smoking, drinking, womanizing, always staying out VERY late, keeping friends unknown by the family, antagonistic, always having reasons for your actions, not remorseful, and always having things your way? Check this list Op and imagine how these traits can doom a person later in future, so your father should be given a break ok? Have u asked why he wants you to go to school from home? Even to stay with your sister he refused. See better ignore him and work on how to complete school and joining the society at large, you are still to young to be this resistant ok, your father will not kill you. Is your mind telling you that you can survive at this age and level if your father leaves you to get the freedom you want? Try going according to his rules for atleast 24 hours and see what happens. I am sorry about the way you feel now but everything will be fine.
Be WARNED.. your DOOM starts the day you lay your hand on your father, do you READ me? Sorry if you don't like what I had to say..

 I know we see a lot of these appeals on nairaland here and sometimes ignore them but please don't ignore this one.


My sister is soliciting for votes on her next big and fearless move to work with Da viva Company, just trying to make a living after school as no job is coming up, she made those clothes herself and snapped the pictures on them too, help her scale through to the highest point. Here is her message:

ok I understand you perfectly now.. ladies should HIDE their funny HABITS on the first date, in essence PRETEND on their first date.
How can they know that being themselves when it comes to eating is a funny Habit?
Is it on the second date that they are expected to DISCLOSE their funny habit?
How long do you expect them to hide their eating habit from you? Until that DATE turns into MARRIAGE?
Then you come and start lamenting that she had been pretending and lying to you ever since you started dating her.
Then she will eat the living daylight out of your pocket and life. Will you divorce her because she likes food a lot?
My brother, that food excuse alone may blind you from knowing the good and perfect partner she would have made for you even though its obvious u want the perfect pretender cankerworm.
Besides, who u be that she will hide and pretend for? I mean who u epp?

I don't know what to reply u shaa, almost laughed ou loud at the word "glutton" check the opposite of your words, if she did not eat that food at all, played with it and left it wasted, will you be happy? Now you guys are no longer proud and happy with girls who eat well. It is FOOD for crying out loud. Remember you can take a very rich babe out and she will do the same thing, so what are you gonna do or say about it? Basically, you are saying that every lady that requests for extra pack is poor and hungry abi? And a glutton too? Right?

A friend of mine was adamant on his belief that some ladies CAN'T pay for their lunch, he even used this exact words
"Girls who can't pay for their lunch always want take away after eating first round. Why?"

First of all, there is no lady who can't pay for her lunch, secondly, its not true, I don't believe it, its either she did not eat at all and wants to take it home after the lunch or that she ate there and wrapped the remnant to take out. She can't possibly order for double, as in "Eat in and Take away".. who would do that if not your wife?
