well dreamweaver is the best as i know. but if you know coding that well then you could go for a simple text editor as notepad++,
else stick with dreamweaver because it has many features and maybe you haven't explore them all

i like the design,

at least you know how to work with joomla

and try to scale the pictures in photoshop before uploading because the first picture looks somehow flat.
