If Nigeria wasn't such a corrupt and disorganized country we should have nufn less than $450 billion in our foreign reserves, take a look at Saudi Arabia they are an oil exporting country bt the low oil price isn't causing them any serious discomfort because they have a foreign reserve of about $1 trillion.
