first you must have a salary account with GTB to qualify for that loan.

Secondly, you can only get 3 x your salary to repay all in 6 months maximum or 12 months very rare though.

You pay 1.75% interest on the loan every month till you finish repaying the loan.

You can liquidate the loan by paying it off at any month and it will be stopped.

You will be required to sign some documents and also give some to your employer to sign, and they will put a debit mandate on your account with them to debit you the repayment amount every date of the month stated on your loan offer.

The approval depends on how fast you are in meeting their requirements, including signing and returning the required documents including that which your employer must sign.

ok. thanks for the break down. but I need some details. if I qualify for a N250,000 loan, how much will be deducted monthly if the tenure of the loan is 12 months at the rate of 1.75%. what is the total amount of money I will pay back? that is my main issue..

This is why you fail

The perception the right people have of you is what matters not jobless minimum wage people

The perception dangote has of you is important the perception iya basira has isn't important learn the difference

And please know that dangote will never ask iya basira her opinion of you if he wanted to change your life .

The sooner you learn this you would inturn learn that dangote didn't get where he is by taking people's opinions... Neither did Bezos or Zuckerberg...
How did they select the people they worked with? By their skill set, they looked around for people who had the right skills they needed

This is why smart people know that this nonsense you wrote is irrelevant.. people's opinions of you don't matter because the right people won't hire you because they think you are nice or kind ? No way!!!

They will hire you or do business with you because they are certain you can deliver

Failures always look to people's opinions or over estimate the importance of peoples opinions

People's opinions do not matter at all

I understand your line of thinking, in fact, I had this same line if thinking for a long time until I had one of two "fortunate" encounters. My experience has taught me that the opinion people have about you, especially when you are going for a leadership position or being pencilled down for "favour" matters a lot. It doesn't matter if the individual is rich or poor, it only takes two or three people to agree on a snide remark for you to miss out on opportunity.

surprisingly I agree with most, if not all the things listed here. I also learnt some of these things "late" and I would like to add one important item to the list; the perception people have about you matters. Don't think that what they think is irrelevant. What people say about you when you are not in the room can go a long way in determining the opportunities you can effectively take advantage of. be safe people.

The real Islam is the one being practiced by ISIS. That is the real Islam and tradition handed down by the Prophet. Anything otherwise practiced by this modern Muslims is either a lie or a pretense.

The modus operandi of ISIS was the same with Usman Dan Fodio, Prophet Mohammed. It is the same doctrine of harrassment and subduction that lies in the hearts of many.

I remember when i tried to make an application for schools abroad I searched here for various countries found a whole lot, but none for Japan.. Alot was expensive and I was looking for a relatively cheaper place. I remember trying for south Korea.. The admission procedure and documents to get was not easy.. it became very difficult and most people have abused Korea its difficult getting there. But here in Japan the admission is easy..
You can ask questions if you wish to come here,
Its actually a very nice place, very serene, classes are sometimes twice in a week for a masters program and you can work legally immediately you get here, there are actually scholarship from some university's after having a good grades.
But is not an English speaking country.
Nigerians with bad image, drugs, terrorism and yahoo minded people please keep off, the hustle is real here. Working here pays very well..

are you already in Japan?

Polyvinyl chloride commonly known by its abbreviation PVC is a synthetic plastic polymer. It is available two basic forms- rigid and flexible. Polyvinyl chloride is used in many industries especially in construction. Its application in this industry ranges from pipes to doors, windows and flooring. In flooring they come in the form of tiles.

Benefits of PVC Tiles

PVC tiles are commonly used floor finishes. The tiles are made of a composite of PVC and fiber. This produces a very thin and reasonably hard tile. Flexible PVC Flooring is used in homes, offices, schools and hospitals. Here are top five benefits of polyvinyl chloride flooring:

Low cost: The biggest benefit of PVC tiles is that they are inexpensive. They are the most pocket-friendly type of flooring material when compared to other forms such as wood, marble, ceramic, etc. Even luxury polyvinyl flooring is affordable when compared to other materials. When it comes to style and durability, you wouldn’t regret choosing PVC tiles. It is not only an affordable option but the installation cost of PVC tiles is also low. This type of flooring can be put together without incurring professional installation costs.

Easy installation: As mentioned earlier, this type of flooring installation does not require professional help. Firstly, the tiles are very light in weight as compared to the other forms of flooring and can be easily moved around. There are various installation options depending on the vinyl floor you have chosen. DIY experts can install these tiles easily by following the right instructions. However, it is recommended to seek professional help when installing PVC or any other type of flooring. Easy to install PVC tiles let you create beautiful patterns on you floor. Make use of the variety of textures, patterns and designs that come printed on these tiles to enhance the look of your home or office space.

Small size: PVC tiles come in small sizes (150mm, 225mm and 305mm). The benefit of having small sized tiles is that individual tiles can be easily replaced. This means the replacement cost of these tiles is also low.

Ease of maintenance: PVC floors are the easiest to clean. No other type of flooring comes close to PVC when it comes to ease of cleaning. All you need is a damp cloth or mop to clean these tiles. Mostly, these tiles come with various coatings which provide the required protection from stains, moisture and fading. Polyvinyl floors are naturally resistant to scratches and dents unlike hardwood flooring. To keep these floors clean and sparkling just sweep or vacuum regularly.

Anti-static: as we all know, the human body attracts static energy. There are variants of Polyvinyl chloride flooring that are anti-static. anti static flooring made from polyvinyl chloride can keep you and your family safe from static energy. This means that you can easily pass cables below the tiles without worrying about the safety of your family from static current passing from the floor.
