charlesemeka85: ejaria is yet to be invited to the super eagles so common sense suppose mk u knw say na typo error.
for him to apply for change of allegiance signifies that the nff n rohr had contact with him No it was rather an exaggeration than a typo. Do you even know the meaning of the acronym "typo"? You can not call a whole sentence a typo because typos are misprints of word(s). When you write "Emake" instead of "Emeka" it is a typo not when you deliberately distort facts like you just did, in a whole sentence to suit your narrative. Emeka, people from Imo State dey sabi book kwanu, I no come understand your own case oo Well, you are even better than the dullard that liked that post, instead of giving you simple corrections If you had called it an oversight, it would have been pardonable |

Yea, typo indeed So could you please show us where he was pencilled down as you just claimed? |

charlesemeka85: rohr have spoken with ejaria which propelled the kid to apply for change of allegiance from fifa
nwakali last showed promise 4 or 5 years ago and since then he is yet to do anything tangible after leaving the shores of africa while ejaria slowly worked hard to get where he is today atleast as a first team player in a championship side.
i can only listen to your sentiments when nwakali proves me wrong by becoming a hit in laliga or atleast makes 10-15 starts in the colors of relegation hopefuls huesca.
even younger michael olise is gradually making a name for himself in the championship while your acclaimed midfield maestro nwakali is yet to make a statement in 3 different leagues he has played since leaving for europe.
you may continue waiting for nwakali to reach his full potentials while players like eze, ejaria, onomah, frank onyeka, aribo, olise etc are improving every season in their respective clubs and tipped to make the leap to the super eagles in no distant time if they continue with their progression. Bros u dun change mouth oo From "he had him on the bench" to "he spoke with him"? Which one we wan take now nah? |

CharlesEmeka here are the dribbling masters of the championship, while those who dribble with purpose are making the leap to the EPL, the pretenders are rightly being ignore. Scouts know better, hence they have separated the grains(Eze and Benrhama) from the chaffs(Ejaria, Ameobi et al)

charlesemeka85: Oga destiny differs and at the right time he will make the leap. i bet you that ejaria is work in progress when compared to nwakali who couldn't make the cut at porto's 2nd team
making the leap to the epl from the championship is not an easy feat and it takes extra ordinary performance to achieve that unlike the laliga where newly promoted teams can easily take 10 players on loan from mid table and relegated teams
i bet you that based on current rating ejaria is miles better than nwakali which is the main reason rohr deemed the former good enough to make his bench.
nwakali to me remains i pretender and i can't wait to take my words back if he proves me wrong this coming season.
if leagues are to be put into consideration as a yard stick to determine a better player based on your sentiment that means nwakali is better than aribo Oh now you know destiny differs? Would this so called destiny have differed if the player in question was Nwakali? Lol about the second bolded, could you please show us the list or match day squad where Rohr had Ejaria on the bench? Abi na you build this one up from no where? |

charlesemeka85: and you think nwakali will strive in the english championship?
what gives you so much confidence that nwakali will get enough playing time in la liga next season?
bro abeg do not mistake huensca to be barca, sevilla, valencia, atm or madrid, nwakali joining them after flopping in the Portuguese 2nd tier shows they lack quality While others are moving up from second division teams to first divisions, the so called maestro is moving down to a second division team from a first division club, that tells you how well talented he is. After all the noise about his wayward dribbling skills, nobody still found him worthy from the top division clubs in Germany, France, Italy, England, Spain or even the Dutch and Belgian leagues? Tells you how well he is rated |

komekn: I disagree how many of the current young pretenders have actually got to the levels of Onazi.
Yes he lost form but he is now playing in Seria A and if he performs then his call up should be automatic. IMO. I must agree with you here, I would take Onazi ahead of the young pretender Ejaria in the CM. No way I'm gonna overlook a Seria A player with Onazi's Pedigree for a pretender in the championship whose game is still High School like |

charlesemeka85: According to Berkshire Live, Anglo-Nigerian star Ovie Ejaria is set to join Championship club Reading FC permanently, bringing an end to a six-year association with Premier League champions Liverpool, whom he joined from Arsenal.
The Football League have given permission to the Royals to sign the 2017 England U20 World Cup-winning midfielder.
The deal had been help up because the EFL placed a soft transfer embargo on Reading which restricted the club from registering new players.
The report added that Ejaria will sign a four-year contract with Reading on Thursday and could feature in tomorrow's pre-season friendly against Tottenham Hotspur.
The 22-year-old has spent the last one and a half seasons at the Madejski Stadium, scoring four goals in 55 appearances across all competitions and has also taken in loan spells at Sunderland and Glasgow Rangers since his arrival at Anfield.
A former England U21 international, he has chosen to switch international allegiances from England to Nigeria and is one of the players on the radar of manager Gernot Rohr ahead of the resumption of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. So after all the noise, na for championship Ejaria end up, and for such an unambitious club like Reading FC, yet some guys wanna compare him with a player in the La liga? Hmm make I no talk wetin dey my mind sha |

JayromWrites: Unpopular opinion:
France are more ruthless in capping dual eligible players of quality than England
Dunno what Laporte did though That is what separate them from other countries, especially England. England caps you not because you are a quality player, rather, they can you hoping that you turn out a quality player in the future, and by so doing, deny you the opportunity to rep your other nation if eventually, things don't turn out as envisaged. Just look at the many players of dual nationality France has neglected, if it was England in their shoes, they would have been long capped. Look at players like Isa Diop, Bounar Sarr, Zagadou and many other quality players that England would have hurriedly capped if they were in the position of France. Compare those players to the likes of Tomori, Hudson Odoi, Tammy et al |

DABIGATRAN: If Saka switches allegiance to Nigeria tomorrow, I think he will join the queue on the right wing which is good for squad strength. It would be a huge joke to have him play at the back because he is not a defender. However, having another winger is not our priority. We need attacking midfielders, set-piece specialists, left-back and a reliable ball-playing centre-back. Now, here is someone who really understands the game. Wingers aren't our priority now, even though every good player is welcomed. I maintain we don't need Saka as much as we need Eze, Adarabioyo and co |

TheSuperNerd: The information that came to me yesterday was correct. I can confirm that Bukayo Saka indeed asked Southgate to leave him out of the English Three Lions squad as he hasn't made a final decision yet. Southgate actually contacted Saka and intended to include the lad but Saka said no.
Now, he also hasn't given his yes to Nigeria yet but being asked to be left out of England's squad also means something.
I have never seen a Naija lad who was offered the chance of an England Call-up and said No. This could suggest Saka could be leaning towards Nigeria in his heart. But time will tell.
No lad who actually wants England will fail to jump at the chance Saka was just given. Ebere Eze got invited by England's U-21s and he jumped straight at it even when Nigeria approached him for the Brazil game. Tammy was also invited and the lad did not waste time giving his nod. Now Saka has said no and asked for time. This is indeed interesting but we will see where this ends.
The Saka Saga continues. Like i said the other day, I am not losing sleep over Saka, he is one player I don't see his need in the super eagles even though I want him as it would not do our depth no harm, but to be honest, I am indifferent about whatever decision he chooses to make, as regards his national allegiance. We don't really need Saka as much as we want him |

TheSuperNerd: Today Is the Day: The Bukayo Saka Saga
The English Three Lions Manager, Southgate (Not Komekn, our in-house Southgate... I mean the real Southgate ) will today release the list of invites for England's upcoming games.
Should Bukayo Saka make the list, there is a chance that he could accept the call-up. But time will tell.
Meetings have been held with him, his parents and his Agent. Rohr and Pinnick were present but no definite answer yet. Things kept on the low.
Today will see what follows. Will Saka be called up or not? If he is called up, will he accept? Would be very difficult to turn down an England Call-up to be honest. The stage is set and we would know soon enough. Time, as always, will tell.
Hint: Bukayo Saka follows the English Three Lions official handle on Twitter but doesn't follow the Nigerian Super Eagles Official handle. 'Would see if this means anything. Honestly I don't see where Saka fits in, in the Super Eagles. He won't bring nothing new or special to the team, hence I really am not moved by whatever decision he makes. If he comes to us, fine, if he doesnt, fine. To me Ebere Eze is the player we NEED |
