There's nothing like discipline. Enugu is a poor town filled with poor people and I think that is why no one migrates there except poor civil servants that indigenes of the state. I have been to Enugu several times. The population of Enugu is about the lowest in SE and Nigeria at large, so why won't the buses be the ones pursuing the low population in the town
