The issue was that: she has failed transaction to one of the tricycle drivers. Shes has been unable to pay even with money in her account. Anytime she opens it, all she sees is pay up the OTrike rider. If she tries it fails.


I have paid the Man using Opay customer to Agent Transfer..but the Man has refused confirming he the transaction.

The story too long..
We were told only Opay can handle the situation..
