Why put bed in offices in the first place? Apart from sexual harassment, how would a doctor seeing his bed available not push many works to his subordinates especially nurses so he could have a restful night while collecting salary. There should be CCTV all over the hospital premises and rooms and offices excluding theatres which should have camera at each entrance to see when they will invite staff into the place. - are you paying the rent for the building?
- are you paying the electricity/equipment used in that school?
- are you paying for the free food that these kids possibly get?
- are you paying for all the extracurricular outings and activities that these children learn?
- are you paying the salary of all the other staff and owners of that school?

Renewal fees
Fumigation and health certificates
Land and property taxes
Signage taxes
Taxes by various examination bodies per year
Water taxes (yes schools pay water tax on each staff either they are supplied with water or not)
Development taxes
Association fees local government, state and federal level
School bus taxes and levies
Proprietors income tax
And a host of many others!
