The samples above were issued on a Friday which is a working day.

All university Certificates I have seen were issued on working days.

Do you go to the office to do formal work on Saturday and Sunday?

UNN issues her certificates (or statements of results) on convocation days which is normally weekends. I got mine the next day of the convocation which was Saturday.
