it hurts to see most youths in Nigeria been derailed and manipulated, this religious "katakata" is a true representation of immaturity in our politics and politicians. Don't u know they(jealous politicians) are the Ones behind all the mishaps in the country? then u come here and vent out ur ignorant anger instigating war that u will never wish to face! stop this Islam-Christian blabla-blast.....Are u dumb to the fact that GEJ is just one man Soja, He can't fight Them alone, ur mature effort is needed to build our nation. Any way, i really don't think there was explosion around those areas, the only report gotten is that "14 BH killed as JTF attacked their hide out"

I lost my grandma at 65 and we gave her departed soul a blissful farewell..Why can't we be sensible enough to let the great man sleep in Peace>>>>>> Tribalism is against the Creator's Purpose, If u Engage in It, U ARE AGAINST GOD! |

hillsate: Why did the Op post incomplete story just to cause confusion. Please this is the complete story with where the NYSC reacted in bold. I guess some of you will change what you just wrote about NYSC
ABEOKUTA – Reactions have started trailing the decamping of 2013 Batch A, female corps member, Ms Tolu Ekundayo, by the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Ogun State for wearing skirt at the Shagamu orientation camp.
In a press conference organised by Ekundayo’s church, Faith Revival Apostolic Church, FRAC, in Lagos, the expelled corps member said she was asked to leave the camp at about 11.00pm on March 8, 2013 by the Ogun State NYSC Co-ordinator, for her refusal to put on trousers. She explained that her refusal to wear trousers was not in disobedience to NYSC authorities but in line with her belief and faith in God.
Also speaking, Apostle Paul Adenuga condemned the manner in which Ekundayo was expelled from the camp in the dead of the night without considering her safety and called on the Director-General of NYSC and the federal government to look into the matter before it gets out of hand.
“I call on Nigerians, mostly Christians that stand for the truth, not only to jointly condemn this barbaric and bestial act but to engage in constructive dialogue with the concerned authority for the change of such policy if it is official.” corpers3
Corps members
NYSC reacts When contacted, the Ogun State NYSC Co-ordinator, Mrs T.I Anosike maintained that the Service did not expelled anybody. According to her, Ms Ekundayo opted to go instead of abiding by the rules and regulations of the scheme.
She said wearing anything outside approved NYSC kits during the orientation programme was not allowed in the camp. This she said was the reason why every corps member was made to signed undertaking on cultism and dress code.
“Nobody asked her to leave. She was asked to comply with the NYSC directives or leave. So she decided to leave. When she said that she won’t comply, we asked her to put it in writing which she did. So we didn’t expel her, she left on her own.” GOOD ONE THERE! but why una allow her leave at that time? Una no gentle o and it's very unprofessional! haaba.. |

The khaki Trousers sef dey big, eim no dey tight, more also it's the constitution of our great nation...Give unto Ceaser what is Ceaser's abi no be so? |

Was it your brother they had to scrap off the pavement and into a paper bag after France bombed him and his islamist brothers out of Mali? dear brothers and sisters, this is a national matter but your response and replies are really sharp to bleed a patriotic heart...this really makes me to ponder on your maturity....(Apology) our present and past national fathers are selfishly axing down our national tomorrow, shoveling out or unity, digging into our healed wounds yet instead of Us (youths) to unite and fight for our nation, we too prefer the lazy-foolish way of blaming ourselves for notting...... i thought to myself after Boko haram proposed a cease fire, that such proposal had hidden agenda and should not be welcomed by FG....i believed BH needed that money to fund their ally in the ongoing Mali war, their supply and training majorly comes from north Africa(Somalia to be precise).....now is the best time to hack down BH! this really the chance for the Nigerian military to do the nation proud then the govt will have no flimsy excuse for development!
