We highly recommend that you pick the goods and examine them to make sure that it is what you order for. Leaving them at our warehouse attracts demurrage after a week of arrival.

What is the tracking number given to you by your supplier? Have you tried searching the tracking number on our website to see if the item has reached us not? You can also ask the supplier to help you check the location of the item. Please if the item has reached and you have not been updated, contact us immediately.

Hello Chrisvicmall, i have serious beef with you. I am helping my brother import things from you guys and i have been using you since 2015 or so. Anyway he ordered some screenguards, on your page it says the weight is 0.02kg, he ordered 600. The weight should be around 12kg, however on arrival to ur china office it is now said to be 30kg. Ha! He wont only NOT make profit, he will spend his own money. That is not acceptable. 12kg to 30kg? Nooooo! Guys fix this please ASAP. Good day ma, sorry for the late reply, we open at 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. On Thursday, we open at 10am-5pm and on Saturdays, we open at 9am-2pm.

Request the shipping receipt from the supplier and then wait for the item to reach a destination. During pick up, cross-check the weight at our office again to see if there is any difference.

Yours is always higher.
Next time your seller send an item to our office, ask the seller to give you the receipt of the shipping from their office to our office. You will see the weight written there. It will help you to check if the mistake is from us or your seller.

Also during pick up, always check the weight of the item in our office.

PS - It's my first time using the service
1.) Consolidation is free. When placing an order for shipping, group them together.
2.) There are no other hidden charges. Please understand that we charge to the nearest 0.5. For example, if your item is 0.1kg, it will be considered as 0.5kg. If your item is 0.6kg, it will be considered as 1kg. Also note that items like cream, perfume, bottles, have additionals charge of $1.5 per kg.
3.) It can be sent to you to your destination but there is a shipping charge from Lagos to your destination. You can also ask someone to come and pick it on your behalf.

1.) Remember to ask your supplier to use the exact address on your Chrisvicmall account "My China Address" when sending the goods to us.
2.) Remember to request the tracking number from them the moment they send the item to us.
3.) If possible ask them for the weight of each item at least it will help you to know the estimated shipping fee we will charge you.
4.) Finally, follow up. Once they informed you that they have shipped out, if you receive no update from us after 3days, please contact us immediately.
5.) Understand our charges.

If you do your part well, the rest is for us to do our well. We believe that there will be a smooth transaction at the end of the day.

On your dashboard, check "My Profile" and you will see "My China address". To add phone check the "View Profile"

Change in the service charge, 1688.com order placement method, etc starting from 1st of September 2019

1.) Order placement for items from 1688.com will be changed. The new method of placement order for items from 1688.com will enable you to know if an item is in stock or not before placing an order, know the domestic shipping fee from supplier office to our office. It can also help you to monitor the order status in 1688 without contacting us for an update. Finally, it will enable you to monitor the location of the item from the time the seller shipped out the product to the time it reaches Chrisvicmall China office.

2.) You can be able to transfer fund from your Chrisvicmall wallet to another user(a friend or relative) on Chrisvicmall.

3.) The service charge will no longer be 5%. The new service charge will be 3%. If you are a regular shopper, consider using our monthly subscription.

4.) You can be able to request for pictures of your item, ask for protective carton for your fragile item.

The above update will take effect starting from 1st of September 2019.
