We have tried several times here to explain to you that your case is a case of misunderstanding of the Normal Shipping . We receive your product before Friday and followed your choice which is "Normal Shipping". On the order placement form, it is written that the Normal shipping takes 10-14days before it will reached Nigeria starting from the day of shipping, we shipped your product on 8th which is Friday.

We have tried to figure out how from 8th of June to 18th(today) of June sum up to 13days. We are not perfect but when trying to justify your case, always look at it from a different angle.

Today should be 10days which is still within the time frame of the normal shipping. Remember the choice of "Normal Shipping was made by you. In order to understand where exactly we have wronged you, please tell me exactly how we have disappointed you and we will apologize to you.

If you placed the order before 9a.m, you have about 70% chances that you will receive it, the reason is that by 10a.m Nigeria time, most sellers won't ship the item which means we have only less then 24hours left to receive your product on Friday. On most cases, we will still receive your product before we ship it.

Your product is still within the time frame. You placed order on 1st June which is Saturday, we receive your product around Tuesday and ship on Friday which is 8th. You choose Normal shipping as your prefer shipping and it was mention on the page that normal shipping takes 10-14days. From 8th to today(17th), it is still the 9th day. You have to agree with me that we haven't delayed your product deliver since the delivery time is not yet more than 14days.

I believe that it is either we failed to explain it clearly to you or you misunderstood what the 10-14days meant. Either way, I do apologize

In order to avoid confusion here, like we mentioned here (http://chrisvicmall.com/shipping-from-china-to-nigeria?id=14) the day you placed the order does not count. For example, if you placed your order on Monday, you shouldn't count Tuesday-Friday because we only ship on Fridays which means even when we receive your product around Wednesday, we won't ship it until Friday. Besides, if you place order on Wednesday, you have 30% percent of receiving the product the following week. This is because suppose you placed the order by 10a.m Nigeria time on Wednesday, it is already 5p.m in China and it is almost impossible for a seller to ship the product the same day. Now the seller ship on Thursday which means only within 24hours left. Normally it take 24-72hours for the product to reach our office.

This has been our mistake by not explaining it clearly to customers and as a result there have been complain regarding delay.

For better result, always place your order between 4-7days before Friday and follow the instructions(i.e enter the information like how many quantity, colour, etc) if you plan to receive the product without any delay.

You have to agree with me that it was stated on the order placement form that if you are using "Normal Shipping", it will take 10-14 days before you will receive your product from the day the product was shipped. Since we normally ship on Fridays, the counting starts from Saturday. The day your product reach our China office to the day we ship the product don't count. We will bear the full responsibility after 14days and you still haven't receive your product.

This week's idea is : Starting A Sugarcane Drink Shop

This business is good especially to someone that lives closer to univeristy or market place. You have to agree with me that students will find it uncivilized to take a stick of sugarcane into a lecture hall and be chewing like a zebra while the lecture is going on.

But consider turning things around by squeezing the sugarcane juice out and put it in a cane and sell to student. Imagine in a hot day you sold cool sugarcane juice. This will be consider refreshing and also it is 100% natural. You can even turn things around by making your own brand name. Print your name on your label. If you have the cash to spend, follow the examples of starbuck, kfc, Mr Beans. Who knows you might even be the next brand in town.

So how do you start this business?

Initially when we saw your post, we respect it but not until you guys started playing against the rule by hijacking posts that wasn't meant for you. You guys hijack one of the thread when it was referred to us and think it is proper to do that. But when we posted here, you guys cried and shout it is unfair.
