We also ship large and heavy stuffs like generators. We do not recommend that recommend that you use express shipping or normal for any product above 100kg unless if you don't worry about the product or you need the product urgently.

The new method is to help people that want to purchase different products from different sellers and speed up the whole process. It is possible but some of them will still have doubts especially now that we are not among the top guns on e-commerce. The moment they start receiving such request from Nigeria customers, they will start believing.

Hipinnacle, we do apologize for off and on Live Chat Service. We are trying to implement a service whereby our customers can get at least 30% discount shipping fee. This means that the express shipping will be $9 per kg while the normal shipping will be $7.The code is interfering with the Live Chat code. From our estimate, everything will be back to normal within a week time.

I was watching a program some days ago and a seller on one of Chinese b2b website said that last year, he made about 26million naira from online sales alone with two of his friend. They don't have any shop but source all items he sold on his store. My thought immediately was "why is it that most Nigerians don't do such things especially when their is a big market for it in Nigeria". For example 16G Ipad mini on most stores in Nigeria is about 92000naira. With 82000naira(including shipping fee), you can source the same product from China and deliver it to your customers. Which means you are sure of at least 5000naira gain per sale.

To make it more professional, you can design a decent looking website, check most Nigeria e-commerce websites, know the product they sell, and also other products not on their website. Add those products to your own store and make sure that your own price is at least 3% cheaper than the market price or what the price you saw on the online stores. Advertise your store through facebook, google, nairaland, etc. When customer purchase one of your product, check chinese online store or company immediately purchase the product. Send the link to us and we will purchase the product and deliver. You can then deliver to your customer.

If you have less capital to own a website or advertise your product, you can then sell your products on our platform (Chrisvicmall.com). Market your Chrisvicmall store on your facebook page and wait for a sale.

You still need to pay the $10 service fee. The only difference is that it is fix which means even if your totol product price is above $1000, the service fee still remain $10.

Hello Eleana, i understand u frequent this particular thread. Please for pete sake if you can't deliver my package please kindly refund me. For more than a month now i haven't received what i ordered. Every week it's the same "You will receive ur package on monday" .The latest excuse is easter celebration. Please i've given u guys the benefit of doubt due to the positive feedback on this thread.

We understand that we have failed you and we do apologize. You placed your order on 11th of March and from our estimate, you should have received the product in a week time. But due to the delivery delay from the seller, your product didn't reach our office before we send products that week(15th). We kept your product to be ship on Friday (22th) the upper week, but due to the issue with one of the products packed with yours during custom check point, it affect both your product and that of other customers products. Though your product and others product was shipped the same day, but we used another method and that is why it take longer days. Yesterday made it the third week you made payment into our account and we are happy not happy that it has to take this long. Most of our customers who ordered product between 18th - 22th of March will experience the same delay.

Your case and that of others forced us to change our shipping method. For people that want to use the express shipping, they have to pick it at the airport by themselves or ask someone to collect it for them on their behalf. For people that want to use the normal shipping, our agent will collect it for you and call you for collection or dispatch it to your location.

The system will work like this, if you are interested in helping people to pick their product, your name will appear on the list of agents customers can choose from. When customer wants to place order, they can choose you and contact you directly. We will send the product with your name and you will help them to pick it and deliver to them. If your service is good, they can rate you so that future customers can use your service.

I think your location might be a hindrance. Each day, new ecommerce websites are coming up and almost about 80% of them have their main office in Lagos. The problem most of these E-commerce sites are having is transportation. Everyone knows that shipping from Lagos to other cities might be consider expensive. Imagine shipping a product of about 1kg from Lagos to another city and the transport services will be charging so much.

If you used our service for the last 2-3weeks, you will notice that there has been a slightly delay with deliver. In order to avoid this delay, and also speed up the delivery time ,we have decided to adjust our shipping method.

Starting from this week, the express shipping will no longer be on Fridays. We have decided to send products as soon as we receive them. The advantage is that you will receive your product within 2days of shipping. The disadvantage is that you will pick it at the airport by yourself. For now, the shipping fee still remains $13 per kg.

For normal shipping, we will ship only on Fridays. The advantage is that the price is cheaper than the Express. The price is $10 per kg. The disadvantage is that you will receive your product in 10days time.

If you live outside Lagos but want to use the express shipping, you can ask any of your relation to help you with the pick up at the airport.

Apart from the mentioned above, does anyone know of any local shipping company that can deliver products around the country at a very affordable price? If the answer is NO, maybe someone here should venture into the business.

1.) If you are purchasing from Aliexpress, scroll down the page you will see where the weight of the product is mention. You can us it as your estimate but it is not always the case. From past experience, we noticed that when a seller write 1.5kg as the weight of the product, it is between 0.1-0.4 high than what is mentioned on aliexpress. So if the product you are purchasing is 0.7kg, it will probably end up as 0.8kg-1kg after the packing. Always add 0.4kg to the weight mentioned on aliexpress and use it as your budget.

2.) Aliexpress is design for Chinese - Foreigner trade. That is why it is in english and not in Chinese and also the main reason China is not on the list of countries. So if you want to handle the payment by yourself, always make sure that you chat(download Trademanager to chat if you don't have it) with the seller first and tell him/her that your product will be ship to us. The sellers on most cases will tell you to enter your Nigeria address during checkout. But he/she will send it to us with the address you gave to the seller. Always use the Guangzhou address not the Shanghai address. Don't forget to tell the seller to write your Chrisvicmall username on the carton of the product for easy identification when we receive the item.

3.) On the product link (when placing the order on Chrisvicmall platform), enter the same link of the product you are purchasing. But under "special request", notify us that you paid the seller by yourself.

4.) When you paid for product, normally it will take the seller 1-3days to ship the product to us, so after 24hours of payment, talk to the seller again and ask him/her for the tracking number and the company's website to track the product. With the tracking number, you can easily know if the product has reached our office or not.

Regarding the special request, it is just for specifying things like the colour you want or the size, or the number of pieces you are purchasing or who will be receiving the product for you when it reach Nigeria.
