The extra fee apart from our service fee is the paypal charges. For example, if the product you want to purchase cost $300, normally we will be expecting $310($300 + $10) but due to paypal charge, you have to pay around $320 because if you pay 310 alone, after deducting our service charge, the left amount will be $300. If we transfer the $300, the seller won't receive $300 but $291.

But you can still tell the seller to waive the paypal chargers because he/she will still receive $291 if he sells his/her product on Ebay or his personal ecommerce store.

While we are searching for a better/cheaper way of shipping product from USA or UK to Nigeria, we would also like to ask people buying from USA, UK, Italy or any part of the world, to give this a try. Most products on Ebay are free shipping, you can contact the seller and tell the seller that we will handle the payment for you. Ask the seller for his/her paypal address and we will make the payment on your behalf.

This is just and idea and I hope it works.

The shipping fee you paid covered everything including the custom duties. You do not need to pay extra money but note that if you are living outside Lagos, you will be responsible for the shipping from Lagos to your destination.

We won't charge you for each of the product. We will sum-up the total product weight when we receive them.

Since it is a software issue, have you tried resetting it? Sending to us will cost you more money because when we receive it, we will also charge to send to the seller. I would recommend that you send directly to the seller. Collect the seller's address and deliver it to them through EMS. Normally it takes 1-2weeks to reach. DHL might take within a week but it will cost you more

Good question. We all depends on the words of the seller. When we receive the product, we also check it to see if it is as the seller said. But the fact remains that there is no way we can know if it is exactly what you want i.e the quality. The only option is to order one or two samples from the supplier before buying in large quantity.

We can help you to make the payment. Hope the company is in China. If it is from Aliexpress, I will recommend that you should first talk to the seller about your intension, get the seller's phone number. We will contact the seller and make the payment.

The main difference between Aliexpress and Alibaba is that Alibaba is mainly for manufacturing companies while Aliexpress is mainly for wholesalers.

Most stores on Alibaba will require you to purchase a minimum quantity. The price is cheap because you are purchasing in bulk but you can purchase only one if you ask them for sample. You cannot read stores feedback and seller's rating on Alibaba because of the nature of the business. You can deal with seller that has onsite check, gold supplier and escrow(though optional if we are making the payment on your behalf).

Actually they will release the money when we receive the product. The reason is because the shipping company that will deliver the goods to us will sign that we have received the product. The supplier can easily contact Escrow service and since we do not give any complain, they will release the money to the supplier.

Note that if we are to handle the payment on your behalf, the escrow service don't apply.

My advice to you is, since the money isn't there right now for you to produce your movie, put it aside and think of a way to earn money legitimately. You can teach what you studied in your university, you can sell products to people but don't loose focus to your big dream which is movie production. We seem to be having some complains both from shipping delay and extra charges the agent collect. In order to avoid these complains, we think it is necessary to make some things clear.

First, when you go to Alaba office to collect your product, please note that you should not pay any extra charges to anyone. All payments should be paid into our account. You can only pay the agent if you just want to give him tips and it shouldn't be compulsory. For those living outside Lagos, we have had stories where the shipping from Lagos to your state is more expensive than the shipping from China to Lagos. It is unfortunate that we cannot determine how much you should pay from Lagos to your destination but we are still working to make sure that you are getting your product at a cheaper rate. When the agent called you, you can tell the agent to give it to the driver and negotiate with the driver that you will make the payment when the product reach your destination.

Secondly, we would like to apologize to the people whose product has been delayed for one reason or the other. We also noticed that most of the time, the product delay happens when customer purchased from more than one sellers on Aliexpress or Alibaba. This is because one of the sellers might be online while the order might not be online or one seller will ship on time while the order won't ship on time. As a customer, you will expect all the whole products to arrive at the same time which in most cases is hard to achieve. In order to avoid this situation, we have decided that if you are purchasing from more than one seller, you should purchase directly from the seller's website and then give the seller our address so that he/she will ship the product to us and we will ship to you.

Finally, note that we only ship products on Fridays. This is to allow us minimize the shipping issues that customers experience when collecting their product at the airport.

For those that haven't received their order, you will receive it next Monday since the next shipping time will be on Friday. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I think now that more people are planning on using them more, she should dedicate more time or get people to assist. Slow response is a turn off, for me.

For example on Aliexpress, if the product price is $150 and the shipping price is $60, we are not charging you the shipping price which is $60. We only charge you the product price which is $150. Note that on most cases, the seller will charge about $4- $10(depending on the weight of the product) to ship the goods to us. Note that we are not responsible for the charges. If the seller charge us to deliver the goods to us, we will inform you and deduct the money from your Chrisvicmall account.

Also remember that there is shipping fee to send from China to Lagos airport.

The seller is right. We have received your product. Please next time tell the seller to write your Chrisivcmall username on the carton of the product. They didn't write any name on it and it makes it hard for us to know which seller has the product.

If you are living outside Lagos, your product will be sent to you through one of Nigeria transport service like GUO, Young Shall Grow, ABC, etc.That is the medium we use to deliver outside Lagos

Which type of shipping container did you use? Next time, tell them that you want to use Maxline. It takes only 28-30days to reach Nigeria

You can still use that method. The only difference is that each day, we start from people that placed their order earlier. But you can still choose the one that works best for you.

1.) Your aunt can pick the product for you. You can tell us about that when placing the order. Enter it under "Special Request" field. Don't forget to include her name and phone number.

2.) Aliexpress will only deduct the money the seller put on the page. That is the reason I mention that you should inform the seller before making the payment so that the seller will deactivate the DHL, Fedex, etc shipping so that you can pay only for the product fee and shipping fee from their store to our office if applicable.


3.) You can order like that. They will keep the product for you until you come for pickup. Just tell them the day you will pick it when they called you for pickup.
