How to Speed Up Your Order Processing And Avoid Delay With Delivery For Those That Purchase From Aliexpress/Alibaba It is our responsibility to work harder to insure that your order was processed on time but sometimes some conditions beyond our control might affect your order delay. In order to insure that your order is process immediately without delay ( this can also help you to maintain the escrow service offered by Aliexpress), follow the instruction below; 1.) Download the Trademanager software(search the software on google) which will enable you to chat with sellers on Aliexpress/Alibaba. After installing the software, start searching for the product you would like to purchase and make sure that the seller of the product is online. 2.) When you find what you want, start chatting with the seller give the seller our office address as your shipping address. Don't forget to tell the seller to write your Chrisvicmall username on the product so that we can easily recognize your product when we receive it. Also make sure that you collect the seller's phone number so that we can easily contact the seller if needed. Also don't forget to tell the seller that you will be paying only for the product fee and also the shipping fee from the seller's store to our store. You can ask the seller to make it free shipping from his/her to our office.When you have concluded with the seller, use your mastercard/Visa card to make the payment on Aliexpress but don't forget to enter our office address as the shipping address. 2.) Ask the seller the total kg of the product and multiple it by $13 if your product is below 5kg or by $8 if your product is above 5kg and you want to use 7-14days service. If the seller told you that the kg is 1kg or 2kg or 3kg etc, I will recommend that you add another 1kg on top of the kg the seller told you.The reason is because the 1kg might be different because of the product packing but on most cases, it is always the same.Don't worry about paying excess, the left amount will remain on your Chrisvicmall Account. Use chrisvicmall .com/amount_topay.php to check the price you need in naira. Don't forget to addd the service. 3.) For offline payment, go to the nearest Diamond bank to you and make the payment (the shipping fee and the service fee). For online payment, log into your Chrisvicmall account and navigate to this page (chrisvicmall .com/buyer/how-to-buy-product/) to make the payment. 4.) After making the payment, make sure that you navigate to chrisvicmall .com/place_order and place the order. In the "Special request" field, tell us that you purchase directly from the seller but would like to use our service to ship the product. Also tell us what we should note regarding the product. When we receive your order, we will notify you of it. Note: If the seller of the product you want to purchase is not online, you can still purchase the product. Starting from next week , customers will no longer be required to pick their product at the airport. All pick up should be at Alaba office. When the product reach Lagos, one of our members will pick the products at the airport and take it to Alaba. He will be responsible for contacting the owners of the product. This is to allow us to minimize the complaints we receive from shipping service and also avoid wasting the customers’ time during pickup. When making an offline payment (i.e. paying directly into our Nigeria account) we highly recommend that you use your Chrisvicmall Username as the depositor. Did we stop replying his email,? the answer is no. There might be some delay but we have never stop replying any of our customers email. The last email that was sent to him was on Saturday. Anybody that has done business with us knows that we only start doing transaction with any seller after we have receive your payment. You mentioned that it is over a month you made an order but please check the payment date on the receipt of your payment. It should read 12/12/12 i.e 12th Dec. 2012. Today is 2nd and you made the post on 1st. The day you make this post makes it 20th day. And it is not up to a month as you refer. Moreover, when you place the order, we gave you the reason(which is that the seller of the product you are purchasing is not online and there is no way we can contact the seller) your order was delayed and we thought that you do understand. Did your order get lost? The answer is no. Your product isn't lost but it is on hold. No product has been lost with the shipping company we use and your product won't be the first. Having said that, I also acknowledge that the shipping company we use don't try much when it comes to customer service especially when you want to pick your product at the airport. Before you write this post, we have already agreed with you to refund your money back to you and also tell you to keep the product to yourself if they finally contact you to come for collection of the product. Regarding the customer you lost, we will add something on the money we will refund to you. It is our responsibility to do so. You raise a nice issue but you have to understand that nairaland is a forum. You won't expect Nairaland to start its own news paper because more than 50 percent of the traffic comes from politics section, nor will you expect him to turn into dating site because some folks have spent their whole eternity on that section.What you mention is an e-commerce function My advice to people Next time you want to purchase from someone or your friend wants to purchase from someone but afraid of whether the person is genuine , tell the seller to upload the product on Chrisvicmall website, you can purchase the product from there and the seller won't touch your money until he/she deliver the product to you and you confirm it. Even after purchasing the product, you still have 100% control over your money because when the seller fails to deliver the product, you will cancel the order and your money goes back to you. Seun, I think it is high time we partner with each other. You can endorse us as Nigeria ebay,aliexpress,amazon version since both foreigners and Nigerian business people can sell their products on the Chrisvicmall platform without the fear of being scam. I want to use this opportunity to clarify some of the questions we people has been asking 1.) Can Chrisvicmall help to purchase items from Ebay, Amazon and other USA stores? answer: Currently we do not purchase from USA stores but before 30th December, we will start helping customers to purchase from USA stores 2.) How much is Chrisvicmall service fee? answer: $0-$1000 = $10 service fee, $1001-$2000 = $20 service fee, $2001-$3000 = $30 fee, etc. 3.) Can you reduce the service fee price for me? answer: The service fee price is fix but you can still minimize the price if you purchase directly from the seller and negotiating the price. What I mean is this, when you see a product you like on Aliexpress,Alibaba, etc, you can purchase directly and tell the seller to ship the item to our office address so that we will help you to deliver it. If you don't know how to talk to sellers on Aliexpress, you can download trademanager and install it on your computer. Open the link of the product you want to purchase in Internet Explorer(not firefox), and click on the chat button if the seller is online 4.) If I keep purchasing product through your service, do I have any gift/bonus? answer: We are building a system that can give us the ability to waive the service fee from customers that are purchasing for the fourth time. That is, each fourth time you purchase an item through our service, you won't be charge for the service fee. After that the system will refresh and start counting again. 5.) Do you have any other shipping option apart from the $13 per kg? answer: Yes. Apart from $13 per kg shipping fee, there is $8 per kg. Before you can use the $8 per kg, your product must be at least 5kg and above. Note that it takes at least 7-14days while the $13 takes apporximately 7days. 6.) How long do you wait before shipping my goods? answer: When we purchase item from the seller, it takes 1-3days to reach our office. After making the purchase, call the seller to confirm if we purchase from him/her. @Bing Regarding your question "Where to pick-up", we have already mentioned that we will give you the number of the agent that is in charge of your product once it reach Nigeria. The agent will give you a clear direction of which part of the airport you can find him.None of the previous customers had trouble locating them, and I believe you won't have the trouble locating them. Regarding your question "Why Airport". Our aim is to minimize the cost of shipping/expenses for you. We tried a shipping company that can post directly to your address and they promise us 7-14days delivery. We told our customers and the customers agreed. We used the shipping company and after 14days, the shipping company hasn't deliver the product to the customer's address. The customers blamed us for everything, because he did business with us and not the shipping company. We accepted the blame and felt sorry for the customers because it is not good to fail a business deal. In order to save our reputation, we have canceled delivering to customers' address because of the delay involve with such method. The shipping company we use now only stops at the airport. They don't deliver directly to our office in Lagos. Someone used to go to the airport and pick the product. The people responsible for bringing the product to our office charges 2000naira as their transport/service fee. As a customer,if we ask you to pay extra 2000naira to collect the product at our office, will you be happy? If your answer is YES, then no problem, before we send the product please let us know that you want to pick the product at our Alaba office. But if your answer is No, I believe you now understand why we recommend customers to pick the product at the airport by themselves. The main reason is to save cost. Regarding people living outside Lagos, we do not deliver directly to your address. When the product reach Nigeria, you can tell the shipping agent your preferable transport service like GUO bus,ABC bus, etc you want to use for the delivery. You will pick the product at their bus station when the bus reach your city. Please note that there transport service charges money for that. We don't know actual amount you might be charge because it all depends on your location, weight of product and the bus you used. "Thought you said the final destination will be your nigeria office", If we have mailed you before, you might notice that we mention that the shipping fee $13 is only from China to Lagos airport. We make it compulsory that we should receive the product fee and the service fee before we start business transaction with the seller. The shipping fee is optional. The buyer can decide whether to pay for the shipping when the product has reach Nigeria or before the product has reach Nigeria. The only reason we recommend that the buyer pays the shipping fee before sending the product to him/her is because we are trying to save the buyer from being over charge when he wants to collect the product. But if the buyer still wants to pay after the product has arrive, he/she is free to do that. |
