In any business, there are scammers and there are real people. Aliexpress and Alibaba is not excluded. In order to be on a safe side on Aliexpress, always look for product with a lot of good positive feedback. The more positive, the better.

The shipping price we use is $13 per kg (4-5days) and $8(7-10days). Note that this shipping fee is only applicable to those living in Lagos. You make internet online business look bad in Nigeria. The things you did is not smartness rather it is stupidity. You play with trust someone has on you. Why do you have to look on short terms. Why not focus on the long terms. Please try to be a good law abiding citizen by not causing pains on your fellow human being.

Please if you are not guilty, clear your name and rectify the issue with the buyer. Keeping quiet makes you look bad. Either reply to the post or discuss the matter with the accuser in private. Put yourself in the buyer's position and tell me if you will feel good if it happens to you. Imagine having issue with your bank account and you went to the bank and all they can tell you is that they won't reply to your complain because they find you irritating, tell me will you feel happy? Will you thank them for such response? Let's not do to others what we don't want them to do unto us.

My friend as a business person, the way you reply isn't ok. As a business you need to sort things out with your customer so that at the end of the day, both parties will be happy. Saying that you reply any message here again send a bad signal to anyone around here. Suppose I purchase an item from you and I complain, so the best solution you can offer is by not replying any email I sent because just because you are not happy with my complain. As a business person, you need to understand that it is not a bed of roses. You should have send the screen shot that starts from 19th not 20th.

Please clear your name because one bad image can destroy all you have worked for.

Judging from our experience,Customs won't hold your products. DHL is nice but like others have said, it can be costly. Moreover sometimes DHL hold your product and ask for extra payment.

If you want to start importanting products from China, you can consider using our service which takes about 3-5 days to ship from China to Nigeria at a very low price.

I expressed the same fear when I wanted to deal with Chrisvicmall,but i thought,"what the heck,no venture no glory"..so I contacted them,gave them the link,paid into their account here in Naija,sent them an email about the payment made and waited. I have done my part,lets see what happens next. Hours later I received an email confirming receipt of my payment and thereafter I laid back. They would call me occasionally giving me the status of my shipment,and when it finally arrived,they notified me and my fiance picked it up at the airport.Suffice it to say that I paid on a Tuesday and by Friday same week the goods had arrived Nigeria,and was picked up on Saturday morning,that was largely because I implored the seller to package the goods swiftly and they did within a day and shipped it to Chrisvicmall company the next day. Although they have shipping options of 7-14days or 3-4days but its your choice which you prefer as the latter is a bit more expensive than the former but much lesser than what the seller advertises as shipping fees using either EMS,DHL or UPS.

Is there any way I can delete the transaction history. We are tired of seeing red "Failed Payment" each time we login into our voguepay account. I think it would be nice if there is a way to delete them. That is delete the unwanted transaction history and keep the ones you need.
