you called this (injury time project) a massive project. i pity my State, i've always cried for my State due to lack of competent leaders we've had in the past administration of Kogi State. it would have been a very good one but its too late to cry when the head is cut off. at the same time "it is better late than never" but the SAtate is really down in terms of development. so he hasn't done anything yet
