Well, I don't know much about what he did but I don't think it's something special. When I was in jss2 and just 12 yrs old, I made a table fan out of styrofoam(the white thick stuff used in packaging electronics). All I did was use a rotor, a switch and a battery connecting panel. When you the switch goes on, the fan blades roll and it starts blowing. But it had just one speed. I remember I tried making it work with electricity and got shocked during a test but I can't remember if I eventually succeeded before submitting it at school. Does that qualify as me producing a table fan? No!

Now, back to this topic; What is the correlation between the engine of a vehicle, and alcohol? I would have loved to see a sensor installed on the dashboard of a car, and someone sitting behind the wheel, testing the alcohol detecting sensor. For this thing to work, it has to be connected to the brain box of the vehicle. Anything other than that is just child's play. I don't like when we make mediocre prototypes of things, and rush out to say we invented something.

This is the problem with Nigerians. He had already succeeded in getting a plum job with Danjuma's name. Instead of him to quietly use it to get a better life, he went about using it to scam people. What a messed up nation.

Guy sue yourself. ...I mean carry your head go court.
Must everyone behave like you or whatever family you come from?
This is a guy that catches fun with whatever he does. If you don't take it for the fun it is then do the needful and take your case to court.
Enough of this harum-scarum ranting here.
The reason I'm replying you is cos you said "this is a guy who catches fun with whatever he does "

I don't know much about him apart from his songs which I like, I don't follow him on social media or whatever and as such, do not know how he plays. I made that comment cos I have seen too many people travel out and celebrate it as an achievement and I usually see it as some sort of complex problem. Of course, the standard of living, social amenities and all, can't be compared with what we have at home but then, I'm averse to anything that makes the black man want to treat the white man's land as heaven. I've seen people travel to Libya and South Africa and their folks at home celebrate it like... My reaction to the video was as a result of what I'd seen before.

On the flipside of things, I also understand that people have different hustles and struggles, and it might necessitate them behaving in certain ways.

P.S. Don't quote me back...I wld ignore u
I know your type... Always too forward and never having sense. Where I come from, nobody celebrates traveling out as an achievement and it has nothing to do with status or money or whatever;it's just who we are. Yes,first time experience would make you take pictures, record videos and all that... But definitely not shouting "mama,I don touch snow, those way say we nor go travel,we don finally travel"... Dude already achieved bigger things by signing a 4million dollar deal. If you don't want to be quoted, you should be sensible enough to mind your busniess and not quote me either.

Who knows the story of "one eyed Sunday?". We read in a book in high school.
I remember that story. Unfortunately and coincidentally, we had a classmate who actually had one eye and his name was sunday... The very day we read that story, sunday was in class, sitting next to the reader. That's how romade kept yelling "one eye sunday " from the back of the classroom during lectures and the who class erupted into laughter.

Where did I blame buhari for the rot of the refineries? I actually thought I was talking to somebody sensible but it's obvious that's not the case. No wonder they refer to buhari supporters as zombies.
blackpanda:
You have said nothing. Your long epistle goes to no issue. If pdp couldnt fix the refinery in 16yrs then why blame buhari who has barely spent 2 years. Pls stop telling us stories cos u are actually the liar here!

Easy to sit behinde blogs and type trash. Building a refinery is not d same as building a house. Govt lacks both the finance and tech to build refinery. Besides it was not buhari that put our refinery in comatose state. Jonathan had 6yrs to fix it. He didnt. So why should we have voted for him

Its easy for wailers to nag because thats d only thing they r good at. Nag and hate. But its still inside this recession that govt is building bridges, rail, fixing airport and providing social welfare scheme. Things previous regimes didnt do despite their huge resources at disposal. Instead they were dashing their friends billions of dollars!
I don't like when people like you try to twist things around and tell lies just to support buhari. Gej spent 5yrs and not 6yrs. Secondly, the manufacturers of the refineries we have, were invited to give a quote on how much it would cost to do a turn around maintenance and they said they couldn't do it cos the refinery was outdated and getting the parts were difficult. Another firm was invited and the cost given was bogus. At the end, govt decided to get local engineers to do it. They did a TAM but that didn't stop it from packing up. As a matter of fact, there were several TAMs done under Obasanjo but it only worked for a short while before packing up again and then going through another TAM and it became an avenue to siphone money from govt coffers.

Yesterday, I saw a girl a colleague introduced to his brother as the girl he wants to marry, with another guy. I curiously asked my guy if she was dating that guy but he said no. Turns out that she was dating the guy's elder brother, and the clothes she was wearing were gotten from the container the dude imported. I smiled and told my friend that this sane chick has been introduced as wife to be by my colleague to his elder brother. My guy told me bluntly that the girl is for the highest bidder and could even walk away with me if I approached her... People are wondering why guys aren't getting married;these are the reasons. Everytime I read and hear about infidelity, I start doubting the one I have feelings for. It's just so sad.

I'd like to know how many people knew of the troops deployed for the Osama Bin Laden job.
There's a difference between a covert operation (Bin Laden's case), and removing a government that doesn't want to quit (Assad's case).
Politics › Re: Documents Counter Nigerian Army Denial Of Planned Deployment Of Troops In Gambia by chronique(m):
Here we go again. Some people are asking why premium times had to publish the report; I hope you all understand that tax payers money would be used in funding this operation and at a time when our economy is in a comatose state, this is the least we need. Secondly, you can't guarantee the time it would take to get Jammeh out and if it lingers on, it would become a drain on our meagre funds which isn't available for development. We can't go borrowing for funds to beef up the budget and still spend from that funds to go fund military operations outside our shores. The US can't deploy troops outside its borders secretly without the Americans knowing...

Nigerians can like to overestimate themselves though. Wizkid is a big act in naija but a rising act internationally. Y'all should quit all these nonsense. I watched one of the Grammy awards where destiny's child spoke about wanting to see Craig David cos they had been hearing about him but didn't know much about him cos he wasn't known in the US. This was a period when CG had become a big hit in the UK, swept all the BMA awards he was nominated for, and all that. CG was already a super star in naija at that time. That we think Wizkid is big, doesn't mean he's as big as we think, internationally.

it's his fault and I blame him squarely for it 100percent. If he was able to use 2m to build and furnish his house no landlord will come and be harrassing him for money

As for those club attendants they're like leeches.till you finish your money they will still be yes siring you.they're kokoro jobi jobi.if you like spend 100k on drinks they will still be pampering you and yes siring you till you make sure you leave the club empty

They'll say sir we have a bottle of cold moet.you'll love it sir.after they see you've almost finished it they will come again sir we have lovely bottles of champagne and they're cold I promise it will be your best.when they see you've almost finished and you're drunk they'll say sir we have comfortable hotels .after they have emptied you and club girls have come to famz you and collect your money then they will leave you

Men with focus and vision for their lives and want their lives to be stable don't go to clubs every time as a habit. Once in a while yes and budget that you won't spend more than 10k there but going there every time to blow money you will soon be poor and those same guys calling you sir will be mocking you
You're actually a sensible person sha. Bravo!

Walahi, if I off my shirt, it wouldn't be to punch you, and you must off your shirt too. grin. And no matter how upset I may get, I can't hit a lady that isn't my daughter or younger sibling; I've never slapped a lady I dated even in the worst of provocations, not to talk of beating her. But honestly, I'm quite sure you don't know how it feels to tell a man to shut up; please don't do it again. Not every man takes it calmly and that's one of the ways ladies get beaten up.

Errm, I'd see what sucking my deek feels like cos I have never tried it. Don't forget to suck your pucciee too and tell me what it feels like; dirty you. grin

Here's your glass of cold water; you want more? wink grin
