Thank GOD! *sighs*. Was a bit tensed when I started reading your post. I was scared you were about to write a negative report but at the end,it turned out to be a positive one. Let nairalanders know there are still a few disciplined and trust worthy folks outhere. |
I checked your posts and on the first recent page, all the posts you made were basically insults and curses to people. It shows how worthless and useless you are;not even a single comment that makes sense, can be seen amongst your posts. I really feel sorry for the people that gave birth to you,and called you a child. They shouldn't have wasted money doing naming ceremony for you at childbirth. They should simply have tied you in a paper bag, nylon or cellophane, and thrown you into the dump site where rubbish and waste products are disposed of. You're not even worth replying but I had to just do this so you know how useless you are. Your head on a tray is worthless to me;it's like thrash in a refuse bin. nobeku: |
I actually knew you were not smart from your previous post but I didn't know it was this bad. I'm sure you heard the word "plea bargain" somewhere where it was used, without actually finding out what and what it entails. This is what plea bargain is: Plea bargain(citing wikipedia) A plea bargain (also plea agreement, plea deal, copping a plea, or plea in mitigation) is any agreement in a criminal case between the prosecutor and defendant whereby the defendant agrees to plead guilty to a particular charge in return for some concession from the prosecutor. This may mean that the defendant will plead guilty to a less serious charge, or to one of several charges, in return for the dismissal of other charges; or it may mean that the defendant will plead guilty to the original criminal charge in return for a more lenient sentence.[1] A plea bargain allows both parties to avoid a lengthy criminal trial and may allow criminal defendants to avoid the risk of conviction at trial on a more serious charge. For example, in the U.S. legal system, a criminal defendant charged with a felony theft charge, the conviction of which would require imprisonment in state prison, may be offered the opportunity to plead guilty to a misdemeanor theft charge, which may not carry a custodial sentence. In cases such as an automobile collision when there is a potential for civil liability against the defendant, the defendant may agree to plead no contest or "guilty with a civil reservation", which essentially is a guilty plea without admitting civil liability. Plea bargaining can present a dilemma to defense attorneys, in that they must choose between vigorously seeking a good deal for their present client, or maintaining a good relationship with the prosecutor for the sake of helping future clients.[2] In charge bargaining, defendants plead guilty to a less serious crime than the original charge. In count bargaining, they plead guilty to a subset of multiple original charges. In sentence bargaining, they plead guilty agreeing in advance what sentence will be given; however, this sentence can still be denied by the judge. In fact bargaining, defendants plead guilty but the prosecutor agrees to stipulate (i.e., to affirm or concede) certain facts that will affect how the defendant is punished under the sentencing guidelines. Now,understand that under plea bargain, the relationship between the prosecutor and the defendant must have been established, before it can be referred to as plea bargain, and it must go through a legal procedure. Plea bargain doesn't mean that when a person steals,he is at liberty to secretly return the money stolen without the public knowing his identity. Plea bargain is meant to lesson the conviction or punishment to be given to the defendant, and not to shield the identity of the defendant from the public. When you go to school, try to study well and know why you're in school. Don't just get carried away with the worthless certificate to be presented to you after 4/5 yrs. What you learn and know,is more important than that piece of paper you're struggling for. sukkot: |
I'm sorry to say but if that is what you call smart, then you really need to invest on eating foods, reading books and engaging in activities that would actually make you smart cos you're far from being one. Let those who have stolen and returned money,be named(with the amount they returned). Let those who decide not to return what they stole,be prosecuted according to the laws of the land. Give them an option of voluntary return of stolen funds with the consequence being the shame that they'd face for stealing,or hide from shame,be prosecuted, funds recovered, and sent to jail on conviction(which would be more shameful). Nigeria belongs to 170m people and we deserve to know who and who amongst us are theives. Those who stole and are "secretly returning the funds",already know that there's no guarantee that their names would not be released to the public at the end of the day. So quit being smart by half cos your point holds no water. sukkot: |
True. Nigeria is a very rich nation but we're ranked amongst the world's poorest nations. The way that we live, reason and behave got me feeling and believing that we're living in a "psychiatric nation". So long as our leaders keep playing God in our lives and we keep giving them the opportunity to do so,we'd continually live as slaves to them. There's also a silent epidemic ravaging Nigeria today, which most people haven't taken note of. There seems to be an upsurge in the number of silly and gullible Nigerians being developed daily. Nairaland and the last elections, has afforded me the opportunity of knowing that for a fact. The way some people vehemently defend some politicians and political parties with all their being even when they are sounding very stupid, could be quite amazing. The two things that I personally see as destroying the psyche of most Nigerians, are "poverty of the mind" and "stupidity and the constant act of being gullible". |

Gibberish. Tell us the name of the thief or keep quiet. Stop telling us about a source(s) that refuse to be identified and quoted. What it makes the news become,is a piece of rumour. Unfortunately, our media houses now serve us rumours as news report. So so pathetic. |
Holy moses!!! What da furcke?? The sound of her landing on the floor, jolted me and sent me into deep shock. I felt the shock right in my chest. Jesus!!! People can do terrible things... How would the mum and hubby be feeling right now? |
