This ride is a registered tokunbo. About a year ago or thereabouts,we sold this ride to a client based outside the country for 5m. He made a down payment of 3.5m and was to make the balance payment when He gets into the country. He asked that the car be registered down for him and we did this. Unfortunately,he ended up not coming into the country as scheduled and the car has been parked down for a while for him. As it is,he isn't coming antime soon and we're looking at selling it off,cutting our loses,returning his cash and moving forward. The ride is neat and still in perfect condition. Just called a family friend living close to the fire scene. It got to the street next to their house. It was a diesel tanker that fell and caught fire. No info on any lives lost yet. I pray no one has died in that inferno.

The fire has been brought under control and lots of folks who ran out of their houses have gone back in. Everywhere sounds calm now but I doubt what the situation would be like for those at the immediate environment where it happened. With the kind of fire I saw and the way it was spreading,I'm kinda scared of sleeping. There's a building on the next street to mine and tthey usually bring truck load of kerosene in tanker to supply there,and sometimes park the truck overnight there. I really don't wanna imagine what the outcome of that one would be,should it explode and burst into flames. Thoughts of that alone,makes it difficult for me to sleep now;I'm a lil bit scared.

This stuff is real. Happened very close to my house(about 3 streets away). I heard screams as the fire kept exploding and spreading. I quickly had to run out to call my family members to dress up and get ready to move. The good thing is that it didn't get to the pipeline road itself cos that would have been totally disastrous.
