4) Out of above methods, it is only a person who becomes a CITIZEN By BIRTH Is Qualified To Contest for the Office Of The President.

5. Can Atiku and His Jada Cameroon vote and be voted for? Yes because they are Citizens of Nigeria by Referendum.

6) Can they ( Atiku and Jada Brothers) contest and be voted for up to the post of the Vice Presidency? YES because the Constitution paved way for them?

7. The question is: Did Atiku fulfill the Constitutional requirements to contest for the post of the president?

8 . The Answer is what the APC wants the Appeal court to determine, because one of the requirements is that you MUST A Citizen By BIRTH To Qualify.

9. That you are citizen of Nigeria by other means such as Referendum, Naturalization, Registration etc can only take you the office of the Vice President and not that of the President according to the 1999 Constitution we operate.

What is hard here to understand?

Supposing at the end of the day atiku is regarded as not qualified to contest, what happens to obi, since in a electoral contest, victory goes to the party

Results tripping out from various polling units in Rivers state especially in Khana, Gokana, Tai, Eleme, Oyigbo, Abua Odual, Bonny, Akuku Toro, Degema, Ahoada, Ikwerre, Opobo Local government Areas indicates that the candidate of the AAC is leading gov Nyesom wike with a wide margin.

Some PDP party agents claim that soldiers locked up all PDP chieftain in the various areas in Rivers state. Some were also bitter that the Gov didn't release funds while the AAC candidate who is backed by the APC is sharing money and buying votes secretly.

Some other PDP agents claim that wike played into the hands of APC by sponsoring judgements that disqualified APC from presenting candidates in today's election and as such that the former governor Rotimi Amaechi unleashed federal might in Rivers state to back the candidate of the AAC to become next governor of Rivers state.

Please stay tuned while I collate results from the LGAs mentioned and post here as it is raining and the military and APC members are performing wonders at the moment.

Enugu – The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has condemned the alleged killing of over 1,000 Shiites by in both Abuja and Kaduna State by security agents, saying that the action was unconscionable.

Kanu spoke during a radio broadcast on Radio Biafra, from Jerusalem, weekend.

He also, gave reasons why he ran away from Nigeria, saying that he who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.

According to him, “Prophet Muhammed ran away and came back to conquer everywhere. Jesus did same and came out victorious. Nnamdi Azikiwe ran to Ghana; Nelson Mandela ran to Nigeria. Those of them saying I ran away when they came to kill me, are people who want me dead because, they know I’m their headache.”

He further said that Africans, nay Nigerians were too backward to realize the implications of denying people their right to protest against injustices, hence the people allowed the killing of innocent protesters, reportedly, by soldiers in Abuja without rendering help or solution to those being allegedly massacred.

“The most backward continent in the world is Africa because, we are very wicked. There is no collective consciousness… That is why a scavenging illiterate like … killed over 1,000 Shiites, for protesting.

“The heart of the black man is evil. We complain of racism, but kill ourselves. Yesterday, protesters in America blocked the most powerful man in the whole world, Donald Trump and he took another road.

“But the only thing Nigerians did in Abuja (while the Shiites were being killed), is to ask people to avoid the very road, where people are massacred, instead of rendering a solution.

“Black people have problems because, we are not educated enough, discerning enough and don’t reason well. The suffering of other people, doesn’t affect Africans, that is why we suffer.
