Now that's what i'm talking about, some bloody competition in that midfield position, plus if Song goes to the ACN this January, looks like we have enough cover.
Competition up front, midfield and defence, this team is beginning to take shape and have some depth.
Injuries aside, i think we're in with a shout.
Still got some concerns about our back line though and we still need competition for Schezny but in all, i'm impressed with the squad

Personally I wouldn't mind Bendtner staying (Only because of the experience he has over the other strikers) but the geezer talked his way outta Arsenal.

For me Walcott is a no go, he should definitely be retained but the young man should not use that as an excuse to start holding the club to ransom. He had a decent season but not good enough for him to be making mad demands

I still worry that we are entering the season with 2 EPL virgin strikers, makes it absolutely important we get an attacking midfielder to add to the goals haul should our strike force not bring in the goals required.

As for the duds we have, thought Bendtner would be gone by now, as much of a loud mouth as he has been, he has been pretty decent for Denmark, was hoping his Euro perfomance was his ticket outta here, lets wait and see.

As for the rest, looks like we just might be stuck with them for another season.

Theo sure ain't worth anything more than 80K a week IMO, because his fellow England colleagues earn 90K plus doesn't mean he's entitled to the same. In as much as he improved last season and tallied up a reasonable goals and assists tally, we all know he could do better and should only come shouting form more pay when he reaches the heights we Arsenal fans set for him, afterall at work if you no meet ur objectives u no go collect bonus now.

As for Afellay, that Barcelona move was just wrong for his career, Euros asides that dude can play and i feel he could easily be better than Walcott provided he adjusts to the EPL.

For now though i would say we should hang on to Walcott but if he's not going to extend his contract then we might as well cash in on him now, the £12m and all the time grooming him should not be allowed to waste away

We chatted for a while and I had my picture taken with him. He also autographed my shirt to boot.
Hakeem(Or Dream as I kept calling him although I did through the Name Hakeem here and there) was so humble and down to earth.

The most striking thing however was his height. He was shorter than I expected. Was expecting the dude to be a freakish 7" something tall but he was not more than 6"10 and half inches tall. Still was an absolute delight meeting the one and only Dream.

We all know a good number of those duds are utterly useless but a decent number of them can clearly be flogged. Bendtner, Denilson, Vela and Djorou would definitely attract some sort of interest, heck even Chamakh is attracting interest. These guys should be shown the door to free up the wage bill.
We would be better off paying a solid player 2 of these duds wages and getting some sort of service off them, not pimping them off to other clubs

The attacking midfield is more important but i have a feeling baba Ijebu will say Wilshere will be like a new signing
