This is what 22 yr olds do, not getting married. What else was she expecting from a boy who doesn't know his left from right. |
He he. what do you expect when we don't have, generally speaking, a testing tradition under our belts? It doesn't end with, "this is a good design". A website needs to be maintained. Furthermore, when stuff changes on a site, there needs to be some form of regression testing, in addition to testing for the newly added (or removed) functionality. As they say, you don't get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. Call me picky and weird but by acts like this, I would not only conclude never to use them but not to work for them or hire anyone who is currently working for them in certain capacities. Isn't this the same company that recently let go of more than a few Nigerian workers, on account of wanting to move to Ghana, due to cost (or whatever crappy reason they gave at the time)? If this is true, then I suggest they rehire those people, create a Quality Assurance department and put all those people in that department. Heck! I am not a tester but if they are willing to do this, I will consult for them on this, free of charge.
Nigerian companies seem to think testing is a waste of time, makes you wonder what SDLC they used in the oproduction of their apps and software. Foreign companies that invest heavily in QA know that they can't afford to let their customer down, stuff like this clearly shows what the likes of Airtel and co think of their customers |
Was duncan mighty bragging about his wealth, and still claiming he enver brags "My brother, I have been to D’banj’s house but you need to come and see for yourself what I have erected in Port Harcourt. I don’t live a fake life. I give back to the communities in my state; I give them boreholes, I give scholarships and I motivate youths. I have a construction company where I resume as a worker every morning but you won’t hear me making any noise about my possessions because God has blessed me more than a Rolls Royce." http://www.jimmysonde.com/2011/11/we-just-got-punkd-duncan-mighty-denies.html?m=1
After all the bragging he has the nerve to call God's name, i guess God did not have a hand in him handing out all those scholarships abi, smh |
CHAIRMAN1:Either which way we are clearly being cheated and they only try that because they feel our government don't give a hoot, little wonder they don't mess about with the American route. If you want to base this on frequency then we should be one of the cheapest routes in all of Africa if not the cheapest, because come rain or sunshine Nigerians will always guarantee you full aircrafts. So giving us better fares should be their way of repaying the continued business we provide them. My cousin just bought a ticket from London to South Africa where he has to change over at Kenya and he paid £533 (Much Much cheaper than any London- Lagos flight for this time of the year), let's not forget that this is a 9 hour flight |
ezeagu:Point taken, but i still feel its heavily overpriced, especially come the festive season kizito96:Totally agree, these guys don't part with money of this nature especially with the way things are going in Europe. The FG don't have enough balls to hustle them to pay up |
Finally someone's plucked up courage to stnd up to these Brits. How can London - Atlanta (Some 9 hours) be cheaper than London - Lagos (6 hours). These guys have cheated us for way too long. On top of everything their shakara is just to damn much, like they are doing us a favour after collecting their over jacked fares. |
obawa1:CORRECT!!! Awarding 10 years of mediocrity |
michelin89:From the description and hints the Op dropped i reckon one of them was Genevieve and the other was Tonto Dike ![]() |
They called us a one man team in the days of Henry and Fabregas. Its only normal for a member of the team to outshine others (Rooney, Silva). If RVP gets injured (God forbid), everyone else will simply step up, a shame we haven't got half a potent striker as RVP but i hope AW does something about this come January. At least goals came from other members of the team V West Brom, we're clearly still work in progress but he difference with this side is how quickly the experienced players have used to settle in. PS: The defence should and must leak in less goals now that our top 3 defenders are all fit |

Living together - NO Spending a few days at his place - YES Clearly the couple have to spend time together to know how compatible they can be when they start living together. I believe they can spend weekends together or a few extra days but not moving in completely. These days spent together should give the couple an insight as to whether they can both co-exist under the same roof. |
Well sounds like you need to break her into the family gradually. You need to introduce her to your folks and pray she grows on them, it may not be easy to begin with but time is a healer and if your girl has a good character it will definitely rub off on your folks (Unless of course your parents are hell bent on you marrying an igbo chick). I have male igbo friends who have married from the south south region and life has been grand for them, compared to your last 2 chicks (fulani and lebanese) the akwa ibom chick is much closer to home for them so pray to God that it works out well for you. All the best bro |
nedu2000:At OP, there is your answer and this also explains why we do not seem to have a lot of wild animals left, see locals eating them sha like say na beef |
Bro, this is your life, you are the one who has to live it and you know the things that do and don't do it for you. Your parents might say what they want to say but you are the one wearing the shoes and you know where it hurts u the most. The fact that you grew up in th enorth pretty much means you get on well with girls from the North better than you do Eastern girls. You need to make your parents understand this, they cannot enforce a tribe on you simply because they want to, your upbringing has a huge say in the decisions you make. That explains why Nigerians who grew up in the states or the UK usually end up marrying white ladies, its not because they don't like Nigerian girls its just simply cos they have grown up with white ladies around them and understand them better. Imagine what life for a born and bred Akata would be like with a concrete Naija chick? |

shadrach77:Oh dear, hearing the name alone makes me cringe |
eghost247:I can remember this guys fustrating me with his unintelligent forward play at the world cup. Mine would be Sodje, Blessing Kaku |

Ah Ah, do i even have to answer that, nice to see a post from you |

Demdem:If u have an invention that stops the rain and heavy clouds from interfering with the satellite transmissions then go and open your own company. The very same thing happens here because there is no way of stopping the interferance caused by the rain (Its a standard problem), its got nothing to do with UK/Naija. We should even be the ones complaining because the rains here are nothing compared to the monsoon's you get in Nigeria. |
Demdem:Bros the very same thing happens here in the Uk with SKY, so i don't think that's an issue they can improve on at the mo |
A girl comes back home from school with a bag full of oranges and the following conversation ensues: Mum: Debbie, where did you get those apples from? Debbie: I plucked them from a tree Mum: What have i told you about climbing trees, i bet the boys must have seen your underwear when you climbed the tree Debbie: No they didn't, i took it off just before i climbed the tree. |
At OP, why not say your joke in one post or are you trying to rack up posts? |
What's wroing with the chick, nationality aside, she looks okay, y'all can't be passing judgement on someone based on a couple of pics. Besides she looks good in the pics where she has short hair, i don't hear u saying anything about that. |
cjfavour:I concur |
MegaMan87:The feeling is mutual ode justwise:To think that this is someone who has seen civilisation, what a douche |
