Emilo: Please OP, go and discuss with someone at the top of affairs, your brother can still get the job as long as it is the Government. If your brother gets it, its more blessing for ur family. Don't mind these people here,, who if given same opportunity would try same stunt. |
Ibanga p: all dis hypocrites, d guy jus asked an honest question, he did nt say his bro wants to impersonate him, and he asked for ur advice and u r here blabin, as if u would nt do d same. @ op. Jus recomend ur bro 2 d management dey might consider him. GudluckIt's this sort of slack thinking that enables the growth of such nonsense, like Coogar was saying in a different thread, we need to call a spade a spade when we see it. What the OP suggested is unfair towards other eligible candidates who went through the recruitment process for the same job, because he got the job gives him no right to say who gets it if he decides to move on to another job. It is quite normal to want the best for your sibling but Nigerians need to eradicate this "I know somebody who works in" mentality. If other countries practised the same thing, how many legimate Nigerians would be working outside Nigeria, earning good money? |
afam4eva: The OP is the kind of person that he finds himself in government, he will corner all the juicy positions and contracts to his family, friends and cronies. Very selfish of the OP.What else do you expect, the government never hire smart Nigerians, they don't want individuals who will show them up for their cluelessness. |
ismhab: Ndi igbo mentality, you are part of the government circle that does'nt want to see the progress of our dear and beloved country. As much as the OP's mentality is a problem in Nigeria, yours is just as bad as. What does anything the poster said have to do with tribe or ndi igbo, grow up |
@ nicey1d I tried not to take sides when this all started but having heard you go on and on, you are clearly the sort of Nigerian the OP was referring to. You first came out all guns blazing with insults Then you got shy, apologised and turned to the Lord when you knew you had nothing on Coogar Now you're using that smoke screen of brother in the Lord (Holier than thou) to make such Derogatory/Chauvinist statements like the one below. I agree that not all NIgerians are what the OP makes us out to be but they are certainly a good number who have given her that impression, including yourself Coogar might be harsh but facing reality is the only way people like you will get exposed for what you truly are. Quote by nicey1d hahaha am am fowl, then you may play as the feathers. well you are a girl, l can't argue much with you because you are a weaker vessel. |
Na British/American accent ur freind wan chop, what happens when he gets over it? |
@ Luckygames: You keep shooting urself in the foot, quit while you can. All this drama over someone else's opinion |
At OP i understand your beef with families that try to milk you off every penny all in the name of bride price but I think your approach towarsd the issue is wrong. Don't forget the ladies in question have no say on their bride price, i bet you most ladies would rather their husbands not pay a dime for them. |
Just visited the site, very impresed with what i saw. Nicely layed out and very user friendly. Welldone boss A friend of mine coming to Nigeria for the first time for her mate's wedding was asking me a good hotel to stay in while in Nigeria, this website answers all her questions. |
lefulefu:At least lie with some sense ![]() |
Lost my phone at the Millenium park a couple of years ago. Got home and discovered my phone was missing, so i started to call it but got no reply, eventually a lady called me from my phone (At the time i had no credit on it). The lady said her son had found my phone, so she put some crdit on it and decided to call the number that had been frantically calling it. To cut the long story short, we arranged for me to come pick up the phone at Police HQ in Garki, turns out the lady was a police woman, i offered her some money for her son who had found the phone but she refused, i even offered her some money for the credit she had put in the phone but she refused and said she was a Christian and she only did what she had to do. They truly are some good cops aout there. By the way this was an iPhone, which makes it more astonishing |
The same governement that does not give a damn about the people are responsible for this man's death but the irony of it all is that these mobile police guys dance to their tune and had no guts to come protest when cicilians were trying to Occupy Nigeria, this is the handwork of the very boss he was fighting for. |
bang bang |
What a greedy pig, the fool was committing all this scams and still had the cheek to collect welfare. Talk about eating your cake and trying to have it, i'm glad they caught him |
Any email that asks you to update your information online is 100% fake. If anyone needs to update their information go into your local branch and do it or do it via the ATM. |
wellmax:You're asking too much off these guys, they are a lot of morons on this site, they read a sentence and jump into conclusions. The lady has done nothing wrong. |
ridiculous price for an 11 yr old car, goodluck though |
This is what happens when embassies screening systems fail, giving visas to area boys and illeterates who just end up soiling the country's image |
Ibime:Ain't that what Wenger offered those greedy relegation pigs, now they're eating humble pie and begging you guys to come have him for the same price. They should have waited for citeh to come in with a bid of 20 + million, nonsense club. |
So she visited his grave, what's the point of this topic ![]() |
@ Mr Obahiagbon: Empty barrels make the most noise |
oduasolja:Ofe manu, what else should people wear in a hot region. The level of daftness on NL increases on a daily basis ![]() |
mukina2:In all fairness those cock-shirts should have won that game but the Brittania is never an easy place to go to. Reality will begin to dawn upon the Yids just as it has on Newcastle and Liverpool |
Debosky's got my vote |
Now that Liverpool have been put in their place i await Tottenham's turn |
"Jesus Christ had an accountant" was this man's response for acquiring wealth. Nigerians must be really daft, i don't see how such a statement proves f,c,u,k all. One of the congregation members who had evil spirits cast out of her was an employee in his office (Do i smell a rat here). The reporter said he saw a so-called lame man walk into the church before claiming he had never walked for about 15 yrs, needless to say he got his healing. My people really need to wake up and see that its between you and God, all these dodgy pastors are just stealing God's money, i know an old school mate who went into thr religion thing and when you ask him what he does he tells you he consults for the church, if this isn't business then i don't know what is. |
mickey jag:Do you not reside in Oyibo land ![]() |
Gbawe:You have said it all, that's your average British person, school dem no wan go but they expect big things in life, effing loosers Sun of god:The woman was lucky there, i would not be suprised if she got jumped after getting off the tram, look at the state of her sef, how can one even take someone like this seriously. A wretched, uneductaed woman who's probably on benfits, swears in front of her kids and most likely experiments with drugs, pleaseeeeeeeeeee no one gives a Bleep what you think |
duduspace:I thought i was the only one who notiuced, dud seems to be improving with every game, not only is he a joy to watch offensively his defensive game is getting better too, got some vital interceptions in last night and overall he' a much better player than Clichy. Asides RVP and Song he was my next best player on the night |
