Guys please, I have an issue here, I got an interview for tomorrow for the BDE position with Glo, but can I reschedule for Friday cos I have another interview with gtbank tomorrow too

Applied online to a vague customer care representative ad, sent my CV.

Got a text later that I was scheduled for interview at Lagos, I reside in Abuja. The date for the interview was a day after I got the text.

I got a call from glo customer care, a lady was on the other end, I explained to her that I couldn't make it.

I later got another text for a BDE aptitude test/interview in Abuja, apparently I was rescheduled and for another role.

Wrote the aptitude test and had my interview in abuja on the same day.

The aptitude test questions consist of; General knowledge 13 questions, verbal reasoning 40 questions, logical reasoning 12 questions and numerical reasoning 25 questions. All questions are multiple choice.

The time for the test is 1hr 30 mins.

The general knowledge isn't really all that, the verbal reasoning is not difficult if your command of English is above par, the logical reasoning is where I'll advise to focus more energy for anyone planning to study for the aptitude test and the numerical reasoning is just there.

I am not so good with calculations and the logical reasoning was the first time I was coming across such. I focused on my strong points and skipped the questions I didn't know, I later went back to those and chose the answers I felt were the closest.

The interview was nice. Introduce yourself, How old are you? Where did you school? Sell yourself to us, you don't have a history in sales so why do you want to join us? Where do you want to work?
The above were the questions I was asked.

I got a text for the zoom interview, I haven't done that when I'm through I'll update here.

Numerical : 20+ questions.
Synonym and analogies : 10+ questions
Passage 1 and passage 2 : 4 questions each
Abstract (GMAT logic and pattern) : 10 questions
Engineering knowledge(GSM architecture) : 36 questions

100 questions 65mins.

Aside the GSM architecture questions, the rest are pretty manageable.

1G, 2G, 3G, 4G Microwave media. Radio frequency Satellite technology etc.

It's about 30 questions. Find attached PDF for ideas.

The numerical is basically ratio, rates( speed, velocity, if 6 people can complete a task in 10 days blah blah), length and perimeter, volumes, sequence and series, percentage etc.

Synonym, analogies are basic. I didn't spend up to 7mins here.

Two passages. 4 questions each I.e you'll use 1 passage to answer 4 questions. Each questions as 5 options, select two that are true according to the passage.

10 Abstract questions. Check out for clockwise and anticlockwise movement. Some are changing between shaded and unshaded etc. Just be smart. You can practice GMAT and dragnet abstract too.

salary is 150k after tax deduction, no accommodation, there is always but not all time weekly float for transportation.

�����. I think they are trying to reduce cost nowadays, before now, if u get posted outside your state of residence, u get relocation allowance. But it has changed. Na to get work first before person dey talk of those ones.

Adewakeup1: If you have not received ur SMS Invitation for the Test, You can confirm your
status at www.inec-recruitment.org so that you will be sure it is not your phone thats
having problem receiving SMS. Shortlisted candidates are asked to print Pass to the exam centre from
this site. That means no gate crashing.
Also its likely there will be another Test after this because the site replies that:

"Your application is being processed or your aptitude test date is not due.
Be rest assured that we will look at your case."

So lets still hope more people will be invited.
