CBN's report (to be published later on today) state's that PHB only crime was poor governance (and not bad loans!). Atuche's bid to become the top 3 Nigerian banker by 2010 (ahead of Zenith and Intercontinental Bank) shot him in the foot when he went ahead with the advised acquisition of Spring Bank.
