Truecaller only show names that are saved/registered in it.
It not always accurate because you or another person can save your details with anything. Imagine searching your number on Truecaller and it's displays "Idumota shoe seller" because someone saved your number with that on the app.
Non of my numbers shows my details on Truecaller.
Someone saved my name in it after calling me some years back. I found out and removed it.

Yes, she should have left the marriage but remember, same "WE" saying she should have left wouldn't have understood how bad things were in her marriage if she had left.
We would have said all sorts of things about her for leaving her marriage. Even her church would and their members would have called her names and probably stop calling her to minister.
