Ok just check the FAQ on the UBC website. There should be a solution to that. Or you send them a mail with your complain

Does your referees have institutional email? If yes, then they are supposed to receive the mail immediately you submit. If No, then there's an option for emailed reference since the system cannot communicate with free mail addresses like gmail

No I have not seen. The portal was launched this year. You may need to contact them through the email or phone no on the portal.

No. After the five working days, I did not hear from them so I sent them a mail.

Normally five working days. But you can send them a mail if yours is taking longer

I don't really know about this new system. But the former system on ETX, you must provide an address where it can be send which is usually an address of a company or University, or cooperation not personal address.

Yes. It took about 8 months travelling to and fro Uniben. But there's goodnews. UNIBEN doesn't use ETX anymore.

1. In the search field, type Nigeria

2. When the new page opens, click the square box to NNPC total oversees scholarship. Then click apply to jobs at the bottom

3. You will be required to open account on the portal. Input your email and password to register

4. Then start filling the forms
