If the Federal court dismissed the ridiculous case and didn't continue violating his rights they would not be involved in the suit.

The suit is against both Cross River State and the Federal High Court.

All the critical sectors in the state, he has filled with his brothers and sisters from Guma, building up an army for his 2023 senate ambition. Imagine both the MD of the state teaching hospital and the Resistrar of the state university are siblings almost sharing the same compound with him in his village, coupled with the TOTAL NEGLECT of the Igede people, yet he claims Buhari is this and that.
