The intention of Sahara Reporters will be defeated! All what these Governors need to do is to ask their network providers to remotely initiate what is known as ICR (Incoming Call Restriction) on all numbers that are not known to them. This means that if your number or any other number that isn't in their contacts calls them, it will never connect! Except they "white-list" the number.

I worked for a former minister before. He did it on his phone and that way, he was able to ward off unwanted callers.
