Decided to settle for 580 to 600 since oanda’s rate is about 530 but my agent said I should use 650 to be safe. Someone went through this same route some months ago, she was here asking all sort of questions before getting PGCE admission and during her visa process, immediately she got her visa, she kept quiet and never reply to my mentions here again. I have quoted her several times but she refused to reply.

Just few days ago, she came back to the same thread to seek advice from people about bringing her family as dependants to UK

Yes, you can. However, you have to demonstrate that you will be able to meet his welfare in Canada and hr won't be a distraction to your study.

You may have to demonstrate with evidence that you've booked for a daycare in Canada and show sufficient funds to cover for both of you in the course of your study.

Your transcript, Your degree certificate or To whom..,Your IELTS or WAEC certificate and a copy of scratch card pin.
Reference letters.

A strong statement of purpose detailing why you are choosing Hull..
Include why you want to study in the UK..
If not you may be asked to rewrite your SOP.

University of Hull is offering international students the benefits of paying UK tuition fee for 2021/2022 session.

£9000 pounds for any course....

If you like local settings, you may put in application for vetting.
WAEC is also accepted for proof of English.
