[quote author=Frankrobbn1 post=65724115]cindelinc, Gracias Frank, great work, Please approximately what figure should be in the account statement? The tuition for each semester is 6000 cad and the duration of the program is 3 to 5 semesters. Also what likely length of visa can I probably get ? God bless you . |

[quote author=Frankrobbn1 post=65708434]Cindelinc, Thank very much Frank, I am definitively not self funded, my dad is my sponsor, he is a contractor and they use a lot of funds to do projects making it impossible for keep too much funds idle on the account. The program is m.eng in industrial engineering at the univ of Windsor. Sorry I reconfirmed, the duration is 3 to 5 semesters. |

[quote author=Frankrobbn1 post=65678330] cindelinc, Thank you very much frank, I'm very appreciative of ur efforts I was advised to apply instead for an masters in engineering at a Canadian university (1 yr), then do another smaller 1 yr program after that in Ontario. That way I won't need to show VO the funds for a 2 yr Engineering masters program in my account, about 16 million naira or more, which is on the high side. Please frank what to do you suggest. ?? |

Frankrobbn1: Hello Frank, Thanks for your assistance, I temporarily put my application on hold to clarify something. A friend advised that I most likely will be refused visa for the program which I have a admission for; 2 yrs diploma in project management (co-op) at Canadian college Vancouver. She says that the V.O will think that I am a migrant since I have a 2nd class upper in chemical engineering with 2 yrs experience applying to a college instead of a university Please I need your input as I intend to convince the V.O using my SOP that I intend to return and manage my dad's construction projects using the knowledge and co-op experience. |

Hello guys, Pls I have a unique situation, I recently got a letter of acceptance to a 2yr diploma program(co-op)in project mgt to resume this Oct 2018 in canada. I have an B.eng with 1 yr work experience in logistics. My challenge for visa application is the financial statement. My dad is actually the sponsor but he works as a contractor for construction project. His bank statement is quite spiky because he doesn't do bank loan, he only uses his savings to do projects. I have paid for the ist term fees already and the balance for tuition will be in my dom account before month end. I want to use my dad's cousin who works with the UN and a US international organization as a sponsor to cover living cost because he has a better financial record. Please what is the best course of action to take ? |
